 CATEGORY. PLEASE ADJUST THE DESIGN PARAMETERS AND WIND
 PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY.*** BE SURE TO CHECK PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH INCREASED DESIGN

 2)THE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL INCLUDE TWO COPIES OF
 EACH PRODUCT APPROVAL THATIS RELEVANT PER 9B-72.
 THESE SHOULD INCLUDE THE FLORIDA STATE APPROVAL COVER
 PAGES, AND THE PRODUCT NOA THAT LISTS THE SYSTEM
 COMPONENTS/ FASTENER LIST PAGES. ALL CAN BE FOUND ON
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG ****PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THE CASTCRETE LINTELS, CONNECTOR
 STRAPS/TIES, ETC.****
  
 3)THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 (PRODUCT APPROVALS) SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL PER 106.3.3 FBC*
  
  
 4)LABEL THE ORIGINAL PHOTOCOPIED DRAWINGS AS
 "REFERENCE ONLY"
  
 5)PROVIDE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE NEW OPENINGS
  
 6)PROVIDE ENGINEERED SUBSTRATE ATTACHMENT FOR THE
 DOOR AND WINDOW WOOD BUCKS PER 1714.5.4.1 FBC
  
 7)PROVIDE CONNECTION DETAIL FOR NEW BLOCK WALL TO THE
 EXISTING WOOD BEAM
  
 8)THE EXISTING PATIO HAS A 3 1/2" STEP DOWN AT
 LIVINGROOM DOOR AND SLOPES 1/8" PER FOOT TO THE EDGE OF
 SLAB 29 FEET AWAY THIS WILL CREATE APPROXIMATELY 7 1/8"
 DROP IN FLOOR LEVEL FROM THE EXISTING FAMILY ROOM AREA.
 PLEASE SHOW A CLEAR DETAIL OF THE NEW FOUNDATION AND
 SLAB TIE INS, SECTIONS A-1 AND A-2 ARE NOT SHOWN OR NOT
 LABELED. IS THE EXT. WALL AT PATIO DETAIL EXISTING OR
 NEW AND THE WILL THE FOUNDATION FOR NEW WALL AT SGD BE
 CUT INTO EXISTING SLAB AND TIED BACK IN WITH DOWELS,
 PLEASE CLARIFY
  
 9)BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT
 SETS OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A
 COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
