 1} ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS, SHEET E-0, PART 3 (A),
 INDICATES THE COLOR CODING FOR A SINGLE PHASE, 120/240
 VOLT SYSTEM. THE RISER DIAGRAM INDICATES THE SERVICE
 BEING 3 PHASE 120/208 SYSTEM, CORRELATE SAME.
  
 2} THE PANEL SCHEDULES INDICATE THE PANELS ARE ?FED
 FROM UTILITY?, CORRECT TO INDICATE FED FROM MAIN
 DISCONNECT.106.1.3 FBC AS AMENDED.
  
 3} INDICATE THE BRANCH CIRCUIT CONDUCTOR SIZES ON THE
 PANEL SCHEDULE SO THAT COMPLIANCE WITH 310.16 CAN BE
 REVIEWED.
  
 4} CIRCUIT LPA-5 HAS TWO RECEPTACLES LOCATED ON A
 KITCHEN COUNTERTOP AND MUST COMPLY WITH SMALL APPLIANCE
 BRANCH CIRCUIT ARTICLES. SEE 210.52(A), 210.52(C), AND
 210.8(A)(6) GFI.
  
 5} SEE 210.52(C)(2) FOR ISLAND RECEPTACLE REQUIREMENT,
 LOCATE SAME ON PLAN.
  
 6} THE MOCP FOR AIR HANDLERS 1,2 AND 4, ON SHEET M.2,
 AND THE OCP IN THE PANEL SCHEDULES, SHEET E-0, FOR
 THOSE UNITS ARE IN CONFLICT. CORRELATE SAME.
  
 7}210.52(E) OUTDOOR OUTLETS FOR A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
 AND EACH UNIT OF A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING THAT IS AT GRADE
 LEVEL, AT LEAST ONE RECEPTACLE OUTLET ACCESSIBLE AT
 GRADE LEVEL AND NOT MORE THAN 2.0 M (6 1/ 2 FT) ABOVE
 GRADE SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE
