 LANDSCAPING SHALL BE REQUIRED TO MEET ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 2)THIS SPACE APPEARS TO BE SETUP TO BE RENTED AS
 WAREHOUSING SPACE, WHICH IS NOT A PERMITTED USE IN THE
 POR ZONING DISTRICT.
  
 3)GATE/FENCE EXCEED MAXIMUM HEIGHT ALLOWABLE WITHIN
 FRONT SETBACK.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-302(C)(1):
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT.IN NONRESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, NO FENCE,
 HEDGE OR WALL SHALL EXCEED EIGHT FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN
 THE REQUIRED SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES AND WALL
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE
 REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK.
  
 4)ANY NEW WALL/FENCE REQUIRES AN EASEMENT CONSENT
 FORM FROM THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH DEPARTMENT OF
 PUBLIC UTILITIES.
  
 5)SHOW SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 6)THE SITE PLAN (A.0) SHOWS A BOX STRUCTURE ON THE
 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE LOT.WHAT IS THIS?PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS, HEIGHT, ETC...
  
 7)PROVIDE A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHOWING THE PROJECTED
 FOOT CANDLES OF THE EXTERIOR LIGHTING AT THE
 NEIGHBORING RESIDENTIAL LINES.AS PER SECTION
 94-310(D): GLARE.ANY OPERATION OR ACTIVITY PRODUCING
 GLARE SHALL BE CONDUCTED SO THAT DIRECT OR INDIRECT
 LIGHT FROM THE SOURCE SHALL NOT CAUSE ILLUMINATION IN
 EXCESS OF 0.5 FOOT CANDLES WHEN MEASURED IN A
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
  
 8)PROVIDE ALL DIMENSIONS ON SITE PLAN (A.0):
 DIMENSION OF PROPOSED AWNINGS TO PROPERTY LINES,
 DIMENSION AWNINGS PROTRUDE FROM BUILDING, ETC...
  
 9)REMOVE EXCESS PLANS FROM PACKET THAT ARE NO LONGER
