 OF DWELLING UNIT. DWELLING UNIT . A SINGLE UNIT
 PROVIDING COMPLETE, INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITIES FOR
 ONE OR MORE PERSONS, INCLUDING PERMANENT PROVISIONS FOR
 LIVING, SLEEPING, EATING, COOKING AND SANITATION. THIS
 PLAN LACKS SLEEPING QUARTERS, MAKING IT NOT A DWELLING
 UNIT.
 PLANS ALSO FAIL TO INDICATE WHICH WINDOWS WILL QUALIFY
