 LEVEL 2 ALTERATION
  
 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) THE VALUE FOR THE WORK SPECIFIED ON THE APPLICATION
 IS TOO LOW FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK INDICATED. INCLUDE THE
 COSTS OF ALL MATERIALS, FIXTURES AND LABOR AS WOULD BE
 CHARGED BY A LICENSED CONTRACTOR.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
 MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) THE SPACE THAT IS BEING CONVERTED TO THE BATHROOM
 APPEARS TO BE A STORAGE AREA AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN
 OPENING CONNECTING IT TO THE EXISTING LIVING SPACE.
 PROVIDE A COMPLETE FLOOR PLAN OF THE STRUCTURE WITH THE
 ROOMS, PORCHES, ETC. LABELED. SHOW THE ORIENTATION OF
 THE STRUCTURE ON THE LOT.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE SQUARE FEET AREA OF EXISTING LIVING
 SPACE AND THE AMOUNT OF LIVING SPACE BEING ADDED ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 5) IF THE SPACE BEING CONVERTED TO THE BATHROOM IS NOT
 EXISTING LIVING SPACE, THE PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE
 REVIEWED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY TO DETERMINE IF ANY
 IMPACT FEES WILL BE OWED. THE PLANS WILL BE STAMPED BY
 THEM AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT WILL BE REQUIRED TO
 BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 6)IF THE SPACE BEING CONVERTED TO THE BATHROOM IS NOT
 EXISTING LIVING SPACE, SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS
 REQUIRED BY FBC CHAPTER 13.
  
 7)THE WINDOW IN THE BATHROOM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE
 SAFETY GLAZING (TEMPERED GLASS) IF THE GLAZING IS LESS
 THAN 60" ABOVE THE FLOOR PERFBC R308.
  
 8) SPECIFY THE CONNECTION TYPE, EDGE DISTANCE, ANCHOR
 TYPE AND SPACING FOR THE STORM PANELS. THIS INFORMATION
 IS IN THE PRODUCT APPROVALS. CIRCLE THE APPLICABLE
 ITEMS ON THE PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 9) ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA
 SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO 2004 FBC 106.1.3*.
  
 10)WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 11) THE FL COVERSHEET THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE PGT
 SH-4000 SH WINDOWS DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE NOA NO
 06-0706.04. THE CORRECT ONE IS FL 239.
