 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE PER 106.1.1

 FROM EXISTING 2'-6" X 4'-2"SHOWER ? AND ARE NEW
 SHOWER WALLS GLAZED ?
  
 4)PROVIDE COMPLETE SCOPE OF WORK- DEMOLITION,
 CONSTRUCTION, NEW FIXTURES, NEW KITCHEN, NEW FLOORING.
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS LOW.
 FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST EXCLUDING
 LAND VALUE. OUR VALUATION REFERENCE IS ICC (BVD),
