| | UPSTAIRS RENTAL UNIT BECAUSE THE FRONTAGES OF BOTH THE |
| | RESTAURANT & RESIDENCE FACED SPRUCE AVE. ALSO, I WANTED |

| | BUILDING HAVING MULTIPLE NUMERICAL ADDRESSES OFF OF TWO |
