 PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT EDUCATIONAL OCCUPANCIES SHALL
 INCLUDE ALL BUILDINGS USED FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES
 THROUGH THE TWELFTH GRADE BY SIX OR MORE PERSONS FOR 4
 OR MORE HOURS PER DAY OR MORE THAN 12 HOUS PER WEEK.
 NFPA 101 -2003 EDITION - CHAPTER 14 (NEW EDUCATIONAL
 OCCUPANCIES) SHALL BE REFERENCED.
  
 01. SPECIFY THE CONTENTS OF THE NEW OCCUPANCY AS BEING
 CLASSIFIED AS LOW, ORDINARY, OR HIGH HAZARD.
  
 02.PROVIDE AN APPROVED AISLE OR SEATING/CLASSROOM
 DIAGRAM TO SUBSTANTIATE THE OCCUPANCY MODIFICATION.
  
 03.NO HANDRAILS/GUARDRAILS SHOWN IN NORTH STAIRWAY.
  
 04.EXIT ACCESS CORRIDORS SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN 72"
 OF OF CLEAR WIDTH.
  
 05.AISLES SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 30" WIDE.
  
 06.IT IS INDICATED THAT THE STORAGE ROOM IS NOT PART
 OF THE TENANT SPACE.IF THIS IS SO, PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW
 CAN CONTENTS POSSIBLY STORED BY OTHER TENANT(S) BE
 ASSURED AS TO NOT NEGATIVELY IMPACT LIFE SAFETY IN YOUR
 TENENT SPACE.
  
 07.PROVIDE A LAYOUT OF THE FIRE SPRINKLERS FOR THIS
 PROJECT SITE.IF THE ERECTION/INSTALLATION OF DIVIDING
 WALLS HAS CAUSE FOR THE FIRE SPRINKLERS TO BE
 RELOCATED, A SEPARATE PLAN AND PERMIT WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 08.IT IS SHOWN OF ONE EXISTING FIRE ALARM HORN AND
 STROBE IN THE OPEN AREA;HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT OF THE
 ERECTION/INSTALLATION OF DIVIDING WALLS TO CREATE
 CLASSROOMS, ADDITIONAL FIRE ALARMS SHALL BE REQUIRED.
 SEPARATE PLAN AND PERMIT ARE NEEDED.
  
 09.SPECIFY THE INTERIOR FINISH MATERIALS FOR THE
 WALLS AND CEILINGS IN TERMS OF CLASS A, CLASS B, OR
 CLASS C.SPECIFY INTERIOR FLOOR FINISH IN TERMS OF
 CLASS I OR CLASS II.
  
 10.INDICATE WHAT THE UNIDENTIFIED ROOMS AND/OR SPACES
 ARE.
  
  
 TO EXPEDITE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS, INCLUDE A RESPONSE
