 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
 FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR
 YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 2)SUBMIT THE ENTIRE 2ND FLOOR PLAN SHOWING THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD AND USE OF THE OTHER AREAS ON THAT FLOOR.
 IT APPEARS THAT THE ONE OF THE EGRESS DOORS WILL BE
 SHARED WITH OTHER OCCUPANTS OTHER THAN THOSE STATED ON
 THE PLANS. THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO ASSURE THE
 BUILDING DEPT. THE EXISTING EGRESS DOOR HAS THE
 CAPABILITY OF HANDLING THE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD ON THE
 SECOND FLOOR.
  
 3)STATE ON THE PLANS SPECIFICALLY WHAT GRADE(S) THE
 STUDENTS ARE IN WHO WILL BE TUTORED. ANY EDUCATIONAL
 OCCUPANCY ABOVE THE 12TH GRADE IS CONSIDERED AS A
 BUSINESS (GROUP B).FBC 304.
  
 4)ALL ROOMS AND SPACES SHALL BE DIMENSION AND LABELED
 INDICATING THE USE OF THE AREA. FBC.106.1.1
  
 5)FBC 1016.2(EXCEPTION #4) IN GROUP E THE WIDTH OF A
 CORRIDOR SHALL BE 72? WHEN THE OCCUPANT LOAD IS 100 OR
 MORE.
  
 6)2004 FBC EXISTING. IF ANY TYPE OF ALTERATION IS
 MADE IN THE SPACE, THE INFORMATION BELOW WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF THIS CODE.
  
 7)IF THERE IS THE NEED FOR ANY WORK IN THIS AREA, A
 CERTIFIED CONTRACTOR SHALL BE HIRED DO THE WORK AND
 HIS/HER INFORMATION SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE
 APPLICATION. A FAIR MARKET VALUE SHALL ALSO BE
 INDICATED ON THE APPLICATION.
  
 8)A THOROUGH REVIEW CAN NOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS
 A RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY APPEAR THAT WERE NOT PART OF
