 STRUCTURE COULD BE DECLARED TYPE V-B CONSTRUCTIONAND
 IT WOULD STILL COMPLY WITH THE HEIGHT AND AREA
 REQUIREMENTS OF TABLE 503. TYPE V-B CONSTRUCTION DOES
 NOT REQUIRE THE EXTERIOR WALLS TO BE FIRE RATED. IF YOU
 ARE SPECIFYING TYPE III CONSTRUCTION SUBMIT
 CALCULATIONS AS TO HOW THE 2 HOUR FIRE RATING WILL BE
 OBTAINED. SUBMIT A LETTER FROM THE CONCRETE BLOCK
 SUPPLIER THAT SPECIES THE THICKNESS AND AGGREGATE IN

 1,2 AND 3 DATED DECEMBER 3, 1983. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 8) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS LISTS THE CONDITIONED FLOOR
 AREA AS 8000 SQFT AND THE PLANS SPECIFY 8327 SQFT.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 9)NOTE THAT THE DEFINITION FOR EXPOSURE C HAS CHANGED
 EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 8, 2006 (2006 AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FBC), FBC1609.4, FBC R301.2.1.4.
 EXPOSURE C. OPEN TERRAIN WITH SCATTERED
 OBSTRUCTIONS, INCLUDING SURFACE UNDULATIONS OR OTHER
 IRREGULARITIES, HAVING HEIGHTS GENERALLY LESS THAN 30
 FEET (9144 MM) EXTENDING MORE THAN 1,500 FEET (457.2 M)
 FROM THE BUILDING SITE IN ANY QUADRANT. THIS EXPOSURE

 ALLOW PASSAGE OF A SPHERE 4 INCHES (102MM) OR MORE IN

 16) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS .
 IN BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION, AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ATTIC AREAS THAT EXCEED 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M 2 )
 AND HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR
 GREATER. THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS
 THAN 22 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) AND
 SHALL BE LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY
