 1)PER SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS: LOCATION
 AND SURFACE.REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR
 LESS THAN FOUR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE
 LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE
 CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT
 YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75
 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
 PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE
 SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH, NONDUSTING SURFACE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A
 VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS
 AS DESCRIBEDIN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLANS REMAIN UNCLEAR AS TO WHAT EXISTS AND WHAT IS
 PROPOSED.CALCULATE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT OF
 THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE) OF ALL EXISTING CONCRETE
 DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALK, PATIO, ETC. AND ALL PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALK, PATIO, ETC...
  
 TOTAL IMPERVIOUS SURFACE WITHIN THE FRONT YARD MAY NOT
 EXCEED 800 SQUARE FEET.
