 OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 3- MISSING DRAWINGS A-2 THRU A-4.ALSO, SET OF PLANS
 SUBMITTED THE FIRST TIME HAD MORETHAN 8 ARCHITECTURAL
 PLANS.PROVIDE 2 COMPLETE SET OF PLANS.

 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING)ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS

 6- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.

 B) PROVIDE DETAIL/SPECS SHOWING HOW TO ACCOMPLISH
 THE R-12 INSULATION WITH ICYNENE INSULATION ON EXISTING

 8- ARCHITECT TO SPECIFY CONSTRUCTION TYPE.INFORMATION
 SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE. NEED TO SPECIFY IF
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE V IS A OR B AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 602.1

 9- REVISE DIMENSIONS GIVEN FOR NEW STEPSTO COMPLY
 WITH SEC. R311.5.3 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 GIVEN DIMENSIONS DON'T COMPLY.
  
 10-DESIGNER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY ROOF TILE ATTACHMENT
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.1.1.2 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC
 2004.IF USING POLY FOAM, THEN PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL. (REPEAT COMMENT).SEE ROOF TILE NOA FOR
 LISTED POLYFOAM TO BE USED.
  
 11-MISSING SHEET A-10. UNABLE TO CHECK IF
 DETAILS/SPECIFICATIONS FORSTRUCTURAL BUCK TO BE
 ATTACHED TO EXISTING AND NEW COLUMNSWERE PROVIDED.
