 1- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT AS REQUIRED ON ENGINEER
 FOUNDATION NOTE #3 ON SHEET 2 OF 19.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 FOR:
 A) FLAT ROOF ASSEMBLY TO BE USED. SEE ATTACHED COPY
 OF CITY POLICY FOR ROOFING PERMITS AND REQUIRED
 INFORMATION.
 CLEARLYCIRCLE SPECIFIC APPROVED ASSEMBLY TO BE
 INSTALLED AND SPECIFIC FASTENING OPTION IF MORE THAN
 ONE OPTION IS LISTED.IN ADDITION,IF SELECTED
 ASSEMBLY IS LIMITED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7, THEN
 PROVIDE THE REQUIRED INFORMATION. SEE LAST PAGE OF
 PRODUCT APPROVAL TO SEE WHAT'S THE REQUIRED
 INFORMATION.
 ON THE OTHER HAND IF SELECTED ASSEMBLY IS LIMITED BY
 GENERAL LIMITATION #9, THEN, IT CAN'T BE USED IN THIS
 AREA BECAUSE NAIL ENHANCING IT'S NOT ALLOWED TO
 INCREASE THE UPLIFT CAPACITY OF THE ROOF ASSEMBLY.
  
 B) ALL STRUCTURAL SIMPSON CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS AND DETAILS.
  
  
 3- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING)ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 4- PLANS TO SPECIFY CONSTRUCTIONTYPE AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 602.1 FBC 2004.
  
 5- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECS AND DETAILS FOR HANDRAILS AND
 STEPSTO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION R311.5OF
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 6- ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND ENGINEER'S PLANS DON'T
 MATCH.EG:SEE STEPS,FOOTINGS,ETC. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED TO MATCH.
 ALSO, PROVIDE ALL DIMENSIONS.
  
 7- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 13-600.1.C.1.
 NOTE: MAKE SURE CORRECT 2006 REVISED FORM IS USED.
  
 8- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD
 (561)233-5115)TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE OR
 NOT. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT
 IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE.
  
 9- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 713.13 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 10- SPECIFY HOW ROOFCROSS VENTILATION IS ACHIEVED TO
 COMPLY WITH SEC. R806 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 11- ARCHITECTURAL PLANS ARE WRONG. WEST ELEVATIONS IS
 SHOWN AS A PARTIAL BUILDING SECTION, NOT AS AN
 ELEVATION.SAME THING APPLIES TO SOUTH ELEVATION.
 CLARIFY DRAWINGS AS REQUIRED.
  
 12- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROOF EAVE
 CONSTRUCTION. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC
 2004.
  
 13- SPECIFY ROOF SLOPE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R905.11.1 OF
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 14- ROOF SHEATHING SIZE SHOWN ON ARCHITECTURAL PLANS
 DON'T MATCH SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON ENGINEERING PLANS
 SHEET 14 OF 19. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 15- ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND NOTES AND ENGINEERING PLANS
 AND NOTES NEED TO BE COORDINATED TO AVOID CONFLICT OR
 CONFUSION. REVISE AS REQUIRED BOTH SETS OF PLANS TO
 MATCH.
  
 16- ARCHITECTURAL PLANS TO HAVE DESIGNER NAME AND
 SIGNATURE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS
