 BE EQUIPPED WITH SOLID WOOD DOORS NOT LESS THAN 1 3 / 8
 INCHES (35 MM) IN THICKNESS, SOLID OR HONEYCOMB CORE
 STEEL DOORS NOT LESS THAN 1 3 / 8 INCHES (35 MM) THICK,
 OR 20-MINUTE FIRE-RATED DOORS. SPECIFY ON THE PLANS
 THAT THE OFFICE IS NOT TO BE USED FOR SLEEPING PURPOSES
 AND INDICATE THE DOOR TYPE.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE BOTTOM CORD LIVE LOAD FOR THE TRUSSES ON
 THE PLANS. SEE TABLE R301.5.
  
 7) REVISE THE ROOF SHEATHING FASTENING NOTES TO REQUIRE
 8D RING SHANK NAILS FOR ALL ROOF ZONES. SEE

 PLAN DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH THE SIMPSON TRUSS ANCHOR
 SCHEDULE, WHICH ONLY LISTS TRUSS HANGERS. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 9) REVISE THE DESIGN DATA TO SPECIFY EXPOSURE CATEGORY
 'C'. R301.2.1.4 EXPOSURE CATEGORY. 3. EXPOSURE C. 3.
 EXPOSURE C. OPEN TERRAIN WITH SCATTERED OBSTRUCTIONS,
 INCLUDING SURFACE UNDULATIONS OR OTHER IRREGULARITIES,
 HAVING HEIGHTS GENERALLY LESS THAN 30 FEET (9144 MM)
 EXTENDING MORE THAN 1,500 FEET (457.2 M) FROM THE
 BUILDING SITE IN ANY QUADRANT. THIS EXPOSURE SHALL ALSO
 APPLY TO ANY BUILDING LOCATED WITHIN EXPOSURE B-TYPE
 TERRAIN WHERE THE BUILDING IS DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO OPEN
 AREAS OF EXPOSURE C-TYPE TERRAIN IN ANY QUADRANT FOR A
 DISTANCE OF MORE THAN 600 FEET (182.9 M). SHORT-TERM
 (LESS THAN TWO YEAR) CHANGES IN THE PRE-EXISTING
 TERRAIN EXPOSURE, FOR THE PURPOSES OF DEVELOPMENT,
 SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED OPEN FIELDS. WHERE DEVELOPMENT
 BUILD OUT WILL OCCUR WITHIN THREE YEARS AND THE
 RESULTANT CONDITION WILL MEET THE DEFINITION OF
 EXPOSURE B, EXPOSURE B SHALL BE REGULATING FOR THE
 PURPOSE OF PERMITTING. THIS CATEGORY INCLUDES FLAT OPEN
 COUNTRY, GRASSLANDS AND OCEAN OR GULF SHORELINES. THIS
 CATEGORY DOES NOT INCLUDE INLAND BODIES OF WATER THAT
 PRESENT A FETCH OF 1 MILE (1.61 KM) OR MORE OR INLAND
 WATERWAYS OR RIVERS WITH A WIDTH OF 1 MILE (1.61 KM) OR
 MORE (SEE EXPOSURE D).
  
 10) REVISE THE WINDOW BUCK DETAIL TO COMPLY WITH FBC
 1714.5.4.2, WHICH REQUIRES THE BUCK TO EXTEND BEYOND
 THE INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME SUCH THAT
 FULL SUPPORT OF THE FRAME IS PROVIDED.
  
 11) SPECIFY THE SIZE OF THE GARAGE DOOR ON THE PLANS.

 12)WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 13) THE MAXIMUM DOOR HEIGHT ALLOWED BY THE PREMDOR
 PRODUCT APPROVAL IS 6'-8" AND AN 8'-0" DOOR IS
 SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS. SUBMIT CORRECT PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
  
 14) SPECIFY WHICH ONE OF THE ATTACHMENT METHODS LISTED
 IN THE HANSON ROOF TILE NOA WILL BE USED FOR
 INSTALLATION. CIRCLE THE APPROPRIATE ITEM ON THE NOA.
  
 15) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE SIMPSON TRUSS AND
 WALL CONNECTORS AS REQUIRED BY FAC RULE 9B-72.
  
 16) SUBMIT A KEY PLAN AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULE FOR THE
 STORM PANELS. SPECIFY THE MOUNT TYPE, FASTENER TYPE,
 FASTENER SPACING, SPANS, EDGE DISTANCE, GLASS
 SEPARATION DISTANCE, ETC.
