 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE/WITH THE 2006 REVISIONS.

 NUMBER OF THE PERSON SEALING THE PLANS.

 5)THE DBPR WEB-SITESHOWS MPA DESIGN INC INTERIOR
 DESIGN BUSINESS HAS A "DELIQUENT" STATUS. EITHER REMOVE
 THIS INFORMATION FROM THE DRAWINGS OR THE STATUS SHALL
 BE BROUGHT UP TO DATE WITH AN ACTIVE STATUS. SEE
 INFORMATION SHEET FROM DBPR IN PACKAGE.
  
 6)PROVIDE AN INTERIOR FINISH SCHEDULE FOR EACH ROOM

 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 9)FBC. 11-4.24. THE SINK IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM SHALL
 A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OF AT LEAST 30 INCHES BY 48 INCHES
 IN FRONT OF IT TO ALLOW FORWARD APPROACH. THE SPACE
 SHALL EXTEND A MAXIMUM OF 19 INCHES. UNDERNEATH THE
 SINK. NOTHING SHALL BLOCK THE FORWARD APPROACH.
  
 10)IF THERE IS A RECEPTIONIST COUNTER, IT SHALL MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC. 11-7WHEREA PORTION OF THE
 MAIN COUNTER IS A MINIMUM OF 36 INCHES IN LENGTH AND A
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 36 INCHES.
