 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ICYNENE
 INSULATION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH R VALUES STATED IN
 THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AT CEILINGS AND WALLS
 (SPECIALLY IN CONCRETE BLOCK WALLS), SEC. R314.3 FOR
 BURNING CHARACTERISTICS AND SEC. R314.4 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE FOR THERMAL BARRIER REQUIREMENTS.
  
 B) ALL ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS NEED TO BE REVISED TO
 INCORPORATE THE ICYNENE INSULATION AS PART OF THE
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 13 OFF FBC
 2004. ARCHITECT TO REVIEW ALL ICYNENE SPECS AND
 SECTIONSR314.3,SEC. R314.4 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE AND REVISE ALL WALL SECTIONS AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. 106.1.2 CIT6Y AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 C) ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ICYNENE
 INSULATION BETWEEN EXISTING BUILDING AND NEW ADDITION
 TO SHOW HOWTHE BUILDING ENVELOPE WILL BE SEALED TO
 AVOID HAVING ATTICVENTILATION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 WITH SEC. R806 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 C) R VALUES SHOWN ON ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS NEED TO MATCH. INCLUDING BUILDING SECTIONS

 FAN CREDIT, THEREFORE CEILING FANS ARE NOT REQUIRED.

 MINIMUM CEILING FAN SIZE REQUIRED.SIZES SHOWN ON SOME

 4- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) MISSING ADJACENT WALL AT GARAGE AREA. PERSON
 PREPARING THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS NEEDS TO REVIEW
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS TO SEE COMPLETE SCOPE OF WORK.
 PLANS CALL FOR NEW ADDITIONSAND RENOVATIONS TO THE
 EXISTING HOUSE.THERE ARE NEW OPENINGS IN THE EXTERIOR
 WALL AND SOME OPENINGS ARE CLOSED. IN ADDITION THERE IS
 A NEW ADJACENT WALL IN GARAGE AREA.ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS TO COMPLY WITH SEC. 13-600.1.C.1 AND SEC.
 13-600.1.C.2 OF FBC 2004.
  
 B) OWNER/AGENT TO DATE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS.
