 1. PROVIDE THREE (3) SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEYS.SURVEY
 SHALL BE LESS THAN A YEAR OLD.
  
 2. SURVEY SHALL ILLUSTRATE THE EXISTING CONDITIONS.
 A. 49TH STREET SHALL BE REVISED TO SHOW EXISTING
 CONDITIONS.
 B. SIDEWALK ALONG BROADWAY AVENUE SHALL BE REVISED TO
 SHOW EXISTING CONDITIONS.EXISTING SIDEWALK IS 5 FEET
 WIDE, NOT 8 FEET.
  
 3. AS THE EXISTING SIDEWALK WILL BE EXPANDED TO
 ENCROACH INTO THE PROPERTY, AN ACCESS EASEMENT APPROVED
 BY THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY?S OFFICE SHALL BE
 RECORDED ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE.PLEASE PROVIDE
 A COPY OF THE RECORDED ACCESS EASEMENT.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-219(D)(9)(A), ALL PROPERTIES
 SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE
 REGULATIONS IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 A. PLEASE PROVIDE A DATA TABLE STATING THE REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS.THE DATA TABLE SHALL
 HAVE A COLUMN DETAILING THE LANDSCAPING REQUIRED BY
 ZONING REGULATIONS, AND A COLUMN DETAILING THE
 LANDSCAPING PROVIDED.
 B. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LANDSCAPE TABULAR DATA DOES NOT
 REFLECT WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.PLEASE
 REVISE.
 C. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-442(C), PALM TREES
 MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR NOT MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES REQUIRED BY THIS ARTICLE.
 HOWEVER, WHEN PALM TREES ARE SUBSTITUTED FOR SHADE
 TREES, TWO PALM TREES SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH
 SUBSTITUTED SHADE TREE.
 D. PROVIDE THE XERISCAPE REQUIREMENT TABLE.
  
 5. PARKING STALL DETAIL AND HANDICAPPED PARKING STALL
 DETAIL ARE NOT TO THE SCALE STATED IN THE PLANS.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE CORRECT SCALE.
  
 6. EACH DISABLED PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROMINENTLY
 OUTLINED WITH BLUE PAINT.IN ADDITION, REGULAR PARKING
 SPACES SHALL BE OUTLINED WITH WHITE PAINT.
  
 7. PARKING DATA TABLE HAS ONE (1) MORE PARKING SPACE
 THAN WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE PLAN.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO FIGURE XV-2 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, 60 DEGREE PARKING SHALL
 REQUIRE AN AISLE WIDTH OF A MINIMUM OF 18 FEET.THE
 AISLE WIDTH IN FRONT OF THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACE AT
 THE NORTH PARKING LOT, SHALL COMPLY WITH THIS
 REQUIREMENT.THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED BY NARROWING A
 PORTION OF THE LANDSCAPE AREA, PROVIDED THAT THE AMOUNT
 OF LANDSCAPE ON SITE IS NOT MADE DEFICIENT.
  
 9. ACCORDING TO THE WHEEL STOP DETAIL SECTION, PROPOSED
 WHEEL STOPS WILL BE 6 INCHES HIGH; HOWEVER, THE WHEEL
 STOP DETAIL ELEVATION SHOWS THAT WHEEL STOPS WILL BE 5
 INCHES HIGH.PLEASE REVISE THE ELEVATION TO SHOW WHEEL
 STOP MEETING CODE.
  
 10. SHEETS A3, SPH-1, M-1, P-1, AND S-1 SHOW THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AT THE WRONG LOCATION.PLEASE
 REVISE TO SHOW ACTUAL LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE.
  
 11. SHEET SPH-1 SHOWS AN INTERIOR ISLAND ON THE PARKING
 ROW ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE THAT IS NOT SHOWN ON
 ANY OF THE OTHER PLANS.ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW SAME
 CONDITIONS.
  
 12. PROVIDE PHOTOMETRIC DETAILS ON SHEET SPH-1.PLEASE
 NOTE THAT GLARE MAY NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOT CANDLE AT OR
 BEYOND THE WEST BOUNDARY, AND 1 FOOT CANDLE AT OR
 BEYOND THE NORTH, SOUTH AND EAST BOUNDARIES.
  
 13. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-221(D)(1), BUILDING WALLS
 SHALL HAVE NO MORE THAN TWO MATERIALS AND SHALL CHANGE
 MATERIAL ALONG A HORIZONTAL LINE, WITH THE HEAVIER
 MATERIAL BELOW THE LIGHTER MATERIAL.PLEASE NOTE THAT
 SHEET A-7 SHOWS THREE MATERIALS:STUCCO, CERAMIC TILE,
 AND STONEWORK.
  
 14. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SIGNS WILL BE APPROVED UNDER A
 SEPARATE PERMIT.PROVIDE A PERMIT FOR ALL SIGNS.
