 THIS BUILDING IS CLASSIFIED AS **HEAVY TIMBER
 CONSTRUCTION**, PLEASE CORRECT. IF ANY FRONTAGE
 INCREASES ARE TO BE TAKEN SHOW CALCULATIONS.
  
 3B) SINCE PHASE I IS FOR THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING
 ONLY AND THIS PERMIT WILL BE FOR THE EXTERIOR ONLY, I
 BELIEVE IT IS ONLY FAIR TO WARN YOU OF THE REQUIREMENTS
 FOR FIRE SPRINKLERS WHEN A MERCANTILE BUILDING IS
