 BEFORE THE SLAB INSPECTION. REQUIRED INSPECTIONS.
  
 9)BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT
 SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY
 OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
