 G.C., STATING THAT ALL PARTIES UNDERSTAND THAT NO
 DISPUTE OVER WORK SCOPE OR RESPONSIBILITY CAN COME
 BEFORE THE REQUIREMENT FOR COMPLIANCE WITH FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE.
