 1. INTERIOR DESIGN DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY A REGISTERED
 INTERIOR DESIGNER SHALL CONTAIN A STATEMENT THAT THE
 DOCUMENT IS NOT AN ARCHITECTURAL OR ENGINEERING STUDY,
 DRAWING, SPECIFICATION OR DESIGN AND IS NOT TO BE USED
 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ANY LOAD BEARING COLUMNS,
 LOAD-BEARING FRAMING OR WALLS OF STRUCTIURES, OR
 ISSUANCE OF ANY BUILDING PERMIT, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE
 PROVIDED BY LAW.FS 481.2131. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 2. INDICATE WHICH CODES PLANS WERE DESIGNED TO AND
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION ON THE PLANS. SECTIONS 106.1.1
 & 106.3.5.1.1(2)(7).
  
 3. ALL SHEETS REQUIRE THE ADDRESS AND TENANT SPACE IN
 THE TITLE BLOCK PER SECTION 106.1.1. FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. AFTER SUITE NUMBER IS ASSIGNED
 PLEASE INDICATE ADDRESS & SUITE NUMBER IN TITLE BLOCK.
  
 4. THE BASE BUILDING HAS NOT RECIEVED A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY AT THIS TIME. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL HAS
 DETERMINED THAT ALL PLANS SHALL BE REVIEWED BY THE
 DESIGNERS OF THE BASE BUILDING FOR ALL TENANT
 BUILDOUTS. PLANS SHALL BE STAMPED AS REVIEWED BY BASE
 BUILDING DESIGN TEAM PRIOR TO RESUBMITTING FOR REVIEW
 AT THE CITY WPB. (SEE COMMENTS BY MECHANICAL REVIEW,
 (1), ELECTRICAL REVIEW, (4), AND BUILDING (2)).--
 SINCE THE BUILD-OUT G.C. IS A DIFFERENT COMPANY FROM
 THE BASE BUILDING G.C., A LETTER IS REQUIRED FROM THE
 DEVELOPER, SIGNED BY THE BASE BUILD G.C. AND THE SHELL
 G.C., STATING THAT ALL PARTIES UNDERSTAND THAT NO
 DISPUTE OVER WORK SCOPE OR RESPONSIBILITY CAN COME
 BEFORE THE REQUIREMENT FOR COMPLIANCE WITH FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE.
  
 5. SHTS ID-1 THRU ID-15 SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURE AND
 DATE THE SEAL AND SIGNATURE WERE AFFIXED TO PLANS. IT
 APPEARS THAT INITIALS HAVE BEEN USED IN PLACE OF
 SIGNATURE WHEN SEALING THE PLANS. IF THIS INDEED THE
 LEGAL SIGNATURE OF THE INTERIOR DESIGNER, THEN A
 SIGNED, SEALED, NOTORIZED LETTER INDICATING THE
 INTERIOR DESIGNER'S LEGAL SIGNATURE SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 FOR OUR FILES. FAC 61G1-16.003,61G1-16.004(5) &
 481.2055.
  
 6. SHT ID-1A IF TOILET STALLS ARE PROVIDED, THAN AT
 LEAST ONE SHALL BE A STANDARD TOILET STALL COMPLYING
 WITH SECTION 11-4.17 EXCEPTION: NEW CONSTRUCTION(1) AND
 SHALL CONTAIN AN ACCESSIBLE LAVATORY WITH IT. (SEE FIG.
 11-30(E).
  
 7. SHT ID-2 WHITE OUT OR HAND WRITTEN CHANGES ARE NOT
 APPROVED ON SIGNED, SEALED PLANS. SECTION 106.1.3.
  
 8. SHT ID-3 FLOOR FINISH SCHEDULE. MORE INFORMATION
 REQUIRED. PER SECTION 1210.1 THE FLOOR SHALL HAVE A
 "SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT" SURFACE. PLEASE SUBMIT THE
 MANUF. SPECIFICATION FOR THE MEDIUM SATURNIA INDICATED
 ON THE SCHEDULE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE. SECTION 106.1.2.
  
 9. SHT ID-3B WALLS WITHIN 2FT OF THE WATER CLOSETS
 SHALL HAVE A "SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT" SURFACE UP TO
 4FT ABOVE THE FLOOR. PLEASE INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 1210.2.
  
 10. SUBMIT A DETAIL FOR THE TOILET ROOM FIXTURES
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 11-4.16, 11-4.17,
 11-4.19 & 11-4.21 WITH ALL SUBSECTIONS. SHOW THE CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE FOR ALL ACCESSIBLE FIXTURES ON THE FLOOR
 PLAN AS WELL AS THE TURNING AREA IN BOTH TOILET ROOMS.
 SUBMIT ELEVATIONS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR ALL OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 11. PER TABLE 403.1 A DRINKING FOUNTAIN IS REQUIRED.
 PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION AND SUBMIT A DETAIL SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 11-5.15 AND ALL SUBSECTIONS AS
 WELL AS SECTION 11-4.1.3(10)(A) PROVISIONS FOR THOSE
 WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY BENDING OR STOOPING.
  
 12. THE SINK IN THE BREAKROOM, (ROOM #112), SHALL BE
 ACCESSIBLE. PLEASE SUBMIT A DETAIL SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTION 11-4.24 AND ALL SUBSECTIONS. ELEVATION
 A1/ID-14 INDICATES CABINET DOORS. THE DOORS ARE NOT
 APPROVED IN THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AND SHALL BE DELETED
 FROM DETAIL. FORWARD APPROACH IS REQUIRED. SHOW CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS ON
 THE ELEVATION. (NOTE: THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL SHALL BE ADA
 APPROVED. PLEASE SUBMIT MANUF. SPECIFICATION SHEETS
 SHOWING APPROVAL).
  
 13. WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS, PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
 SUBMIT ONE COPY OF SHEETS REMOVED FOR COMPARISON. THANK
 YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 14. SHT P31 SHOWS NO PLUMBING INFORMATION. PLEASE
 CLARIFY. THERE SEEMS TO BE ELECTRIC OR MECHANICAL
 INFORMATION THAT SHOULD BE TRANSFERED TO THE RESPECTIVE
 ELECTRIC OR MECHANICAL SHEETS. SECTION 106.1.1.
