 DESIGNED UNDER THE DCA'S MANUFACTURED BUILDING ACT. IF
 SO PLEASE SEE PAGES PULLED OFF THE DCA WEBSITE WITH
 INFORMATION AS HOW TO GO ABOUT RETRIEVING OLD PLANS
 THAT HAD BEEN DESIGNED UNDER THE STANDARD BUILDING
 CODE. NOTE QUESTION# 4 AS HOW DO I KNOW IF A
 MANUFACTURED (MODULAR) BUILDING IS DCA APPROVED.
  
 4) SEE QUESTION # 6 HOW DOES A SCHOOL OBTAIN A DCA
 INSIGNIA FOR AN EXISTING PORTABLE CLASSROOM. THIS IS
 COMMENTS THAT DEALS WITH PORTABLES STILL OWNED BY THE
 SCHOOL BOARD.
  
 5) THE ISSUES ARE THIS BUILDING WILL NOW BE A PERMANENT
 BUILDING AND WOULD NOT BE CLASSIFIED AS A TEMPORARY
 STRUCTURE TO BE USED LESS THAN 180 DAYS. THIS WOULD
 MEAN A PERMANENT FOUNDATION MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 THE BOTTOM OF THE FOUNDATION TO BE 12" BELOW GRADE.
 1805.2 DEPTH OF FOOTINGS. THE MINIMUM DEPTH OF FOOTINGS
 BELOW THE UNDISTURBED GROUND SURFACE SHALL BE 12 INCHES
 (305 MM). WHERE APPLICABLE, THE DEPTH OF FOOTINGS SHALL
 ALSO CONFORM TO SECTIONS 1805.2.1 THROUGH 1805.2.3 .
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 1102.2 THE FOUNDATION SYSTEM OF
 RELOCATED BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 6) IF THE BUILDING WAS NOT MANUFACTURED UNDER THE STATE
 DCA PROGRAM THEN THE BUILDING BEING MOVED WILL NEED TO
 MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OFTHE 2004 EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE CHAPTER 11.

 THE BUILDING SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE LOT IN ACCORDANCE

 OF THIS NEW BUILDING ANDTHE EXISTING BUILDING BEING
 USED FOR A SCHOOL. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN

 AS PORTIONS OF ONE BUILDING IF THE HEIGHT OF EACH
