 REFERENCE IN THE 2004 FBC.
  
 7) THE GLASS BLOCK NOTES ON SHEET A2 INCORRECTLY
 SPECIFY SFBC . SEE FBC 2110.
  
 8)R322.1 REQUIRES AT LEAST ONE BATHROOM WITH A DOOR
 THAT HAS A 29" CLEAR OPENING MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE
 OF THE DOOR AND THE OPPOSITE STOP WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90
 DEGREES.
  
 9) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS.
 IN BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION, AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ATTIC AREAS THAT EXCEED 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M 2 )
 AND HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR
 GREATER.
 THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22
 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) AND SHALL BE
 LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY ACCESSIBLE
 LOCATION. A 30-INCH (762 MM) MINIMUM UNOBSTRUCTED
 HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED AT SOME
 POINT ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING. SEE SECTION M1305.1.3
 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS
 LOCATED IN ATTICS.
  
 10) SPECIFY THE CEILING FINISH THAT WILL BE USED AT THE
 COVERED PORCH.
  
 11) SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED GRAVITY LOAD CALCULATIONS
 FOR THE DOUBLE 2 X 10 BEAM CARRYING THE COVERED PORCH
 CEILING/RAFTERS.
  
 12) SPECIFY THE LENGTH/EMBED DEPTH OF THE 5/8" DIAMETER
 ANCHORS FOR THE COVERED PORCH LEDGER.
  
 13) SPECIFY THE CONNECTORS/HANGERS THAT WILL BE USED TO
 ATTACH THE 2 X 10 RAFTERS TO THE COVERED PORCH LEDGER.
  
 14)REVISE THE ROOF SHEATHING FASTENING SPECIFICATIONS
 TO COMPLY WITH FBC R803.2.3.1 WHICH REQURES 8D RING
 SHANK NAILS IN ALL ROOF ZONES.
  
 15)PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WITH
 PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION
 PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS
 THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
 STATE.
  
 16)WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 17) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE GLASS
 BLOCK.
  
 18) THE NOA FOR THE ALTUSA "S" CLAY ROOF TILE HAS BEEN
 SUPERSEDED BY NOA NO. 05-0901.06. PLEASE SUBMIT THE
 CURRENT NOA. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE A STATE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL. HOWEVER, A CURRENT MIAMI-DADE NOA IS
 ACCEPTABLE.
  
 19)A FLORIDA COVERSHEET WAS SUBMITTED FOR MONIER ROOF
 TILE WITHOUT THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS OR
 EVALUATION REPORT. PLEASE CLARIFY. ONLY SUBMIT THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE ROOF TILE THAT WILL BE
 INSTALLED.
  
 20) THE NOA FOR THE TRACO SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS HAS BEEN
 REVISED BY NOA NO. 05-0930.03. SUBMIT THE NEW NOA.
  
 21) THE VALUE OF THE PROJECT HAS BEEN INCREASED TO
 $29312.00. ADDITIONAL FEES ARE DUE.
  
 22) IF THE SHEETS THAT HAVE THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE STAMP
 ARE REVISED, RETURN THEM WITH THE RESUBMITTED PLANS OR
 THE NEW PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE RESTAMPED BY THE COUNTY.
