 PLEASE MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS FOR CODE
 COMPLIANCE AND RESUBMIT FOR REVIEW.
  
 1} THE ELECTRICAL RISER INDICATES 150 AMP MAIN BREAKERS
 IN THE DISCONNECTS AND 150 AMP PANELS. THE LOAD
 CALCULATIONS FOR EACH PANEL EXCEEDS THAT AMPERAGE.
 220.40 NEC. ALSO THE RATING FOR THE PANELS SCHEDULES AT
 200 AMP, DO NOT CORRELATE WITH THE RISER. PROVIDE LOAD
 CALCULATIONS PER 220 SECTION I, STANDARD CALCULATION,
 IF DERATING THE NEUTRAL, OR 220.SECTION III, OPTIONAL
 CALCULATIONS.
  
 2} THERE ARE FEEDS TO THE POOL HEATER, PUMP AND LIGHTS
 FROM PANEL "B", THE RISER FEEDS A 60 AMP POOL PANEL
 FROM PANEL "B", WITH THOSE CIRCUITS LISTED IN THAT
 PANEL.CORRELATE THE PANELS.
  
 3} THE POOL PANEL LISTS THE HEATER ON A 20 AMP CIRCUIT,
 PANEL "B" LISTS THE HEATER ON A 50 AMP CIRCUIT.
 CORRELATE SAME.
  
 4} CIRCUITS 9-11 PANEL "B", WATER HEATER LISTS #10 WIRE
 ON A 40 AMP BREAKER. SEE 310.16.
  
 5} CIRCUITS 10-12, ELEVATOR, SAME AS ABOVE.
  
 6} CIRCUIT #29, PANEL "B", MASTER BATH GFCI MUST BE ON
 A 20 BREAKER PER 210.11(C)(3).
  
 7} THERE ARE 4 A/C SYSTEMS ON THE PANEL SCHEDULE, BUT
 ONLY 3 LOCATED ON THE PLAN.
  
 8} PER 210.52(E) OUTDOOR OUTLETS FOR A ONE-FAMILY
 DWELLING AND EACH UNIT OF A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING THAT IS
 AT GRADE LEVEL, AT LEAST ONE RECEPTACLE OUTLET
 ACCESSIBLE AT GRADE LEVEL AND NOT MORE THAN 2.0 M (6 1/
 2 FT) ABOVE GRADE SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE FRONT AND
 BACK OF THE DWELLING. SEE ONE MISSING IN FRONT.
  
 9}.SMOKE ALARMS MUST BE INSTALLED TO COMPLY WITH R313.1
 RESIDENTIAL FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. LOCATE ON PLANS
  
 10} 210.52(H) HALLWAYS IN DWELLING UNITS, HALLWAYS OF
 3.0 M (10 FT) OR MORE IN LENGTH SHALL HAVE AT LEAST ONE
 RECEPTACLE OUTLET. SEE HALLWAY AT BEDROOM #3 AND
 LAUNDRY.
  
 11} AT LEAST ONE WALL SWITCH CONTROLLED LIGHTING OUTLET
 SHALL BE INSTALLED TO PROVIDE ILLUMINATION ON THE
 EXTERIOR SIDE OF OUTDOOR ENTRANCES OR EXITS WITH GRADE
 LEVEL ACCESS. SEE DOORS IN THE DINING ROOM.
 210.70(A)(2)(B).
  
 12} THERE ARE "THEATER" LIGHTS AND RECEPTACLES LISTED
 ON THE PANEL SCHEDULE, BUT NO ROOM DESIGNATED FOR THAT
 PURPOSE. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 13} LOCATE THE ELEVATOR ON THE PLANS, CIRCUIT 10-12
 PANEL "B".
  
 14} THE GFI RECEPTACLE LOCATED IN BATH #4 EXCEEDS THE
 3' RECEPTACLE SPACING REQUIRED BY 210.52(D)
  
 15} RECEPTACLE SPACING MUST COMPLY WITH 210.52(A)(1)
 AND 210.52(A)(2) BEDROOM #3.
  
 16} LOCATE THE POOL AND "AQUA LOGIC" PANELS ON THE
 PLAN.
  
 NOTE: SHEETS A9 AND A10 ARE MISSING, PLEASE INCLUDE
 WHEN RESUBMITTING.
  
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE-2004.
  
 PER 2704.1, 2004 FBC, METAL FRAMING MEMBERS SHALL BE
 BONDED TO THE EQUIPMENT GROUNDING CONDUCTOR FOR THE
 CIRCUIT THAT MAY ENERGIZE THE FRAMING. PLEASE SEE
 ARTICLE.
  
 SEE 13-606.1.ABC.1.2.3 FBC FOR REQUIREMENTS FOR
 RECESSED LIGHTING FIXTURES INSTALLED IN CEILINGS THAT
 ABUT AN ATTIC SPACE.
