 1) NOTE: PLEASE SEE PREVIOUS NOTE #12 WHICH
 SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED THE LIVING ROOM RECEPTACLES ARE
 NOT PERMITTED TO BE ON THE DINING ROOM RECEPTACLE
 CIRCUIT. PLANS STILL SHOW BOTH ON THE SAME CIRCUIT??
 PLEASE SEE THIS SAME PREVIOUS NOTE ALSO GAVE THE
 INFORMATION AS ONE OR MORE OF THE SMALL APPLIANCE
 CIRCUITS ARE REQUIRED TO BE FIGURED AT 1500VA MINIMUM.
 PLEASE SEE THE LOAD CALCULATIONS ONLY INDICATE 2 AT
 1500VA.
  
 2) NOTE: PLEASE SEE THE RISER HAS NOW BEEN REVISED
 REMOVING THE MAIN DISCONNECT WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY SHOWN
 AND IS NOW SHOWING AN EXISTING *MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKER*
 PANEL INSIDE THE GARAGE.THE RISER STILLS SHOWS AN
 *EQUIPMENT GROUNDING CONDUCTOR* BEFORE THE MAIN NOW
 THAT THE MAIN HAS MOVED INSIDE WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.
 THIS PARALLELS THE NEUTRAL AND CREATES OBJECTIONABLE
 CURRENTS.
 250.24B AND 250.6.
 ** PER HOMEOWNER, THERE IS A METER/MAIN COMBINATION
 PANEL AT THE DWELLING WHICH EXISTS. THIS SHALL BE
 VERIFIED AND REVISED ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3) NOTE: PLEASE SEE NOTE ON PLANS MENTIONS THE DISPOSAL
 AND DISHWASHER ARE FED TO THE SAME UNDER COUNTER
 RECEPTACLE HOWEVER THE PLANS AT THIS SAME LOCATION
 INDICATE SEPARATE RECEPTACLES ON EITHER SIDE OF THE
 SINK.
 THIS NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED. IF THESE ARE BOTH FED TO THE
 SAME RECEPTACLE DEVICE THAN THE 1-POLEBREAKERS ON
 PANEL SCHEDULE FOR CIRCUITS 10 AND 12 WILL BE REQUIRED
 TO BE CHANGED TO A 2-POL BREAKER PER 210.4B.
  
 ** NEED TO REVISE THE PLANS ALONG WITH ANY OTHER
 REVISIONS BEFORE ROUGH ELECTRICAL INSPECTION. A HOLD
 WILL BE PLACED ON THE INSPECTIONS.
 ** IF PLANS COME BACK WITH CORRECTIONS FOR ANY OTHER
 TRADES BEFORE PERMIT IS ISSUED PLEASE REVISE PLANS AT
 THAT TIME.
