 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R302 LOCATION ON LOT.R302.1
 EXTERIOR WALLS.
 EXTERIOR WALLS SEPARATED BY LESS THAN 6 FEET (1828 MM)
 SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN A ONE-HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE
 RATING WITH EXPOSURE FROM BOTH SIDES. PROJECTIONS SHALL
 NOT EXTEND TO A POINT CLOSER THAN 4 FEET (1220 MM) FROM
 AN ADJACENT PROJECTION OR WALL.
 EXCEPTION : DETACHED GARAGES ACCESSORY TO A DWELLING
 LOCATED WITHIN 2 FEET (610 MM) OF A LOT LINE SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO HAVE ROOF EAVE PROJECTIONS NOT EXCEEDING 4
 INCHES (102 MM).
 PROJECTIONS EXTENDING INTO THE 6-FOOT (1829 MM)
 SEPARATION DISTANCE SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN 1-HOUR
 FIRE-RESISTIVE CONSTRUCTION ON THE UNDERSIDE. THE ABOVE
 PROVISIONS SHALL NOT APPLY TO WALLS WHICH ARE
 PERPENDICULAR TO A LINE EXTENDING FROM THE POINT FROM
 WHICH THE SEPARATION DISTANCE HAS BEEN MEASURED RUNNING
 AND PARALLEL TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
 EXCEPTION: TOOL AND STORAGE SHEDS, PLAYHOUSES AND
 SIMILAR STRUCTURES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WALL
 PROTECTION BASED ON LOCATION ON THE LOT. INDICATE THE
 DISTANCE TO STRUCTURES ON ADJACENT LOTS ON THE SITE
 PLAN WHERE THE DISTANCE FROM THE PROPOSED ADDITION TO
 THE PROPERTY LINES IS LESS THAN6 FEET.
  
 4) SUBMIT A DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 R401.3 DRAINAGE.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION SO AS
 TO NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED SO AS TO
 DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE
 GRADE AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS SHALL FALL A MINIMUM
 OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET (3048
 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
  
 5) THE SECTION TAG FOR 3 ON 7.1 STEP DOWNFOOTING AT
 GARAGE IS SHOWN IN THE WRONG LOCATION ON SHEET 3.1.
  
 6) PORTIONS OF THE NEW ADDITION MASONRY WALLS ON SHEETS
 3.1 AND 4.1 ARE MISTAKENLY INDICATED AS EXISTING.
  
 7) REVISE THE ROOF SHEATHING FASTENING SCHEDULE ON 5.1
 TO COMPLY WITH THE 2006 REVISIONS TO THE 2004 FBC.
 FASTENER SPACING IN ROOF ZONE 3 IS REQUIRED TO BE 4" OC
 AT STRUCTURAL PANEL EDGES AND FIELD. ALL ROOF ZONES ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE FASTENED WITH 8D RING SHANK NAILS. SEE
 FBC R803.2.3.1
  
 8) SPECIFY THE INSULATION IN THE 2 X 8 KNEE WALL SHOWN
 IN SECTION 2 ON 5.1.
  
 9) IN THE CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ON 5.1 NUMBER 22 SHOULD BE
 AN LUS 210. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 10) SPECIFY THE UPLIFT FOR THE LTA 1 STRAP THAT IS
 LISTED IN THE SCHEDULE AS AN ALTERNATE TO THE HETAL
 CONNECTORS.
  
 11) SPECIFY THE CONNECTORS THAT WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE
 HIP GIRDERS.
  
 12) TYPICAL WALL SECTION 1 ON 7.1 SHOWS AN 18" X 18"
 FOOTING AND IN THE SCHEDULE ON 3.1 FOOTING F2 IS
 SPECIFIED AS 18" X 16". PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 13) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE ENERGY
 CALCULATION FORMS PER FBC CHAPTER 13.
  
 14)WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 15) SUBMIT COMPLETE NOAS FOR THE CAST-CRETE LINTELS.
 THE ONES SUBMITTED ARE MISSING PAGES.
  
 16) SPECIFY THE FASTENING METHOD THAT WILL BE USED TO
 ATTACH THE CONCRETE ROOF TILES. CIRCLE THE APPROPRIATE
 ITEM FROM ONES LISTED ON THE NOA.
