 1)EXCEEDS MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE IMPERMEABLE SURFACE IN
 FRONT YARD.AS PER THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-482(A):
  
 LOCATION AND SURFACE.REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING
 SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS
 SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE
 CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT
 YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75
 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
 PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE
 SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH, NONDUSTING SURFACE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION 94-485(E). IT SHALL BE A
 VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS
 AS DESCRIBEDIN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 2)PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE (1) FT. SETBACK FROM PROPERTY
 LINE TO DRIVEWAY TO ALLOW FOR DRAINAGE.
  
 3)INDICATE SCOPE OF WORK ON ACTUAL SURVEYS: SHOWING
 THE LOCATION OF PROPOSED DRIVEWAY AND SIDEWALKS WITH
 ALL DIMENSIONS (LENGTH WIDTH...ETC.).SHOW ALL
 DIMENSIONS OF EXISTING DRIVEWAY AND SIDEWALKS.
