 BE FASTENED TO ROOF FRAMING WITH 8D RING-SHANK NAILS AT
 6 INCHES ON CENTER AT EDGES AND 6 INCHES ON CENTER IN
 THE FIELD FOR ROOF ZONES 1 AND 2. SPACING OF RING-SHANK
 FASTENERS SHALL BE 4 INCHES ON CENTER IN NAILING ZONE 3
 FOR 130 MPH OR GREATER DESIGN WIND SPEEDS IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH FIGURE R803.2.3.1.
  
 6) THE TITLE BLOCK OF THE DRAWINGS SPECIFY 1/4" SCALE
 FOR THE DRAWINGS. SEVERAL OF THE DRAWINGS ARE NOT THIS
 SCALE AND SOME SHEETS HAVE TWO OR MORE DIFFERENT SCALE
 DRAWINGS ON THEM. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) SECTION B ON 4.0 SHOWS AN UNSUPPORTED OVERHANG OF
 5". PLEASE REVISE SO THAT ROOF FRAMING WILL SUPPORT THE
 OVERHANG.
  
 8) THERE IS A VOID SHOWN BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE CONC.
 TIE BEAM AND THE BOTTOM OF THE RAFTERS ON SECTION B ON
 4.0. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 9) THE INTERNAL WALL DETAIL ON 6.0 SPECIFIES A 4"
 CONCRETE SLAB AND SECTION A ON 4.0 HAS A 6" SLAB.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 10) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE WINDOWS,
 STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND ROOFING MATERIAL. THE EXISTING
 WINDOWS AND DOORS CAN ONLY BE RE-INSTALLED IF THEY HAVE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 11) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL NOA SUBMITTED FOR THE POMA
 STORM PANELS IS EXPIRED. SUBMIT FL COVERSHEET AND
 CURRENT NOA.
  
 12) SOME OF THE INFORMATION ON THE STORM PANEL SCHEDULE
 IS INCORRECT. THE FL# AND NOA# DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WAS SUBMITTED. THE SHUTTER
 MOUNTING REFERS TO THE TYPE OF MOUNT OR CONNECTION
 TYPE, FOR EXAMPLE DIRECT MOUNT, ETC. THE ANCHOR TYPE
 MUST BE ONE OF THE ONES LISTED IN THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
  
 13) THE NOA SUBMITTED FOR THE JELD-WEN DOOR HAS PARTS
 THAT ARE ILLEGIBLE. SUBMIT CLEAN AND CLEAR COPIES.
  
 14) THE DOOR NOA IS FOR A GLAZED DOOR WITH NO IMPACT
 RATING AND WILL REQUIRE STORM PANELS FOR IMPACT
 PROTECTION. THE DOOR WAS NOT SHOWN ON THE STORM PANEL
 SCHEDULE. THE DOOR IS NOT SPECIFIED AS HAVING GLAZING
 ON THE PLANS. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 15) THE VALUE OF THE PROJECT HAS BEEN ADJUSTED TO $
 37,426.00 BASED ON ICC COST DATA. ADDITIONAL PERMIT
 FEES ARE DUE.
