 1. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOW A LARGER NUMBER OF TREES TO
 BE REMOVED THAN THE NUMBER STATED ON THE TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT APPLICATION.PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2)
 COPIES OF A REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN AND TREE SURVEY, AS
 WELL AS A STATEMENT EXPLAINING THE ADDITIONAL TREES TO
 BE REMOVED, TO AMEND YOUR TREE ALTERATION PERMIT
 APPLICATION.PLEASE NOTE THAT APPROVAL OF THE TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMIT
 APPROVAL.
  
 2. SURVEY STILL SHOWS NORTH DIXIE HIGHWAY INSTEAD OF
 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY.PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL COPIES OF
 THE SURVEY SHALL BE SIGNED AND SEALED.IN ADDITION,
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STORMWATER PREVENTION PLAN, SHEET
 C2 OF 4, ALSO READS NORTH DIXIE HIGHWAY.
  
 3. STAFF'S COMMENTS AT THE AUGUST 20, 2007 MEETING WERE
 TO COME UP WITH ALTERNATIVES TO ADJUST THE SLABS OF THE
 FUTURE BALCONIES SO THAT THEY MAY BE MORE IN CHARACTER
 WITH THE PROPORTION OF PHASE I.
 A. ONE OF THE SUGGESTIONS MADE BY STAFF WAS TO REDUCE
 THE THICKNESS OF THE FACIA CONCEALING THE SLABS.
 HOWEVER, THE PLANS SUBMITTED ONLY SHOW THE THICKNESS
 REDUCED ON TWO (2) OF THE SLABS.THERE SHOULD BE A
 CONSISTENCY THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING.IF THE THICKNESS
 OF THE THIRD SLAB CAN NOT BE REDUCED DUE TO STRUCTURAL
 PURPOSES, THEN THE REMAINING SLABS SHOULD REMAIN THE
 SAME.
 B. THE SECOND SUGGESTION MADE BY STAFF WAS TO INSTALL
 LIGHTING FIXTURES UNDERNEATH THE SLABS.PLEASE PROVIDE
 DETAILS AND A CROSS-SECTION OF THE LIGHT FIXTURES
 LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE SLABS.AS MENTIONED IN THE
 MEETING, THERE SHOULD BE ENOUGH FACIA DEPTH TO CONCEAL
 THE LIGHTING FIXTURE BELOW THE SLAB AND BEHIND THE BEAM
 SO THAT IT WILL NOT BE VISIBLE.
  
 4. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE APPEARS TO BE SOME
 DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE PLANS (I.E. NAME OF SOUTH DIXIE
 HIGHWAY, AND LAYOUT OF THE BENCH AT THE NORTHWEST
 CORNER OF THE SITE).PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS SHOW
 THE SAME CONDITIONS.
