 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) A FLORIDA LICENSED BUILDING OR GENERAL CONTRACTOR
 WILL BE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR THE PERMIT FOR THE
 STRUCTURE TO ENCLOSE THE AIR COMPRESSOR EQUIPMENT.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT WILL
 BE REQUIRED FOR THE STRUCTURE.
  
 3) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN A5 FLOOD ZONE, AN
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED. SPECIFY THE TOP
 OF SLAB ELEVATION ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) THE PLANS SPECIFY THAT THE SLAB IS EXISTING AND WAS
 PERMITTED UNDER PERMIT # 06030729. I WAS UNABLE TO
 LOCATE THE PLANS FOR THIS SLAB ON THE APPROVED PLANS
 FOR THIS PERMIT OR ON THE PLANS FOR THE FOUNDATION #
 05110729. PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF THE CITY APPROVED
 PLANS FOR THIS SLAB.
  
 5) SHEET 1 SPECIFIES THE EXISTING SLAB TO BE 12" THICK
 AND SHEET A-2.00 INDICATES THAT IT IS 16" THICK. PLEASE
 COORDINATE THE PLANS.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE AND OCCUPANCY OF THE
 STRUCTURE ON THE PLANS. NOTE: THE BUILDING THAT IT IS
 SERVICING IS TYPE II-B SPRINKLERED AND THE OCCUPANCY IS
 F-1. SEE FBC 602.1 AND FBC 302.
  
 7) THE SLAB PLAN ST-3 INSERT ON SHEET A-2.0 SHOWS THE
 SLAB LEVEL WITH THE EXISTING GRADE AND THE ELEVATIONS
 SHOW THE SLAB ABOVE GRADE. PLEASE SPECIFY THE DISTANCE
 FROM FINISH GRADE TO THE TOP OF THE SLAB AND THE
 DISTANCE FROM GRADE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE FOOTING. SEE
 FBC 1805.2.
  
 8) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ITEMS REQUIRED BY
 FAC RULE 9B-72 WHICH INCLUDES ROOFING, LOUVERS, WALL
 PANELS, DOORS, ETC.
  
 9) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 503.1.3 BUILDINGS ON THE
 SAME LOT. SPECIFY IF THE NEW STRUCTURE IS TO BE
 REGULATED AS A SEPARATE BUILDING OR CONSIDERED AS A
 PORTION OF EXISTING BUILDING. IF TWO SEPARATE BUILDINGS
 THREE HOUR FIRE SEPARATION IS REQUIRED PER FBC TABLE
 602. IF ONE BUILDING SHOW CALCULATIONS FOR AREA
 INCREASES FOR SPRINKLERS AND FRONTAGE AS ALLOWED BY FBC
 506. NOTE: OPTION 2 WILL REQUIRE THE NEW STRUCTURE TO
 BE FIRE SPRINKLERED.
  
 10) NOTE: THE ELECTRICAL CODE REQUIRES THE FOOTING
 STEEL TO BE BONDED.
  
 11) ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE REQUIRED. THE PERMIT FEES
 BASED ON THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE, RADON FEES AND
 COUNTY IMPACT FEES.
  
 12) THE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT SPECIFIED IS FOR
 AN ENCLOSED BUILDING. THIS BUILDING APPEARS TO BE
 EITHER OPEN. PLEASE SEE THE DEFINITIONS FOR OPEN AND
 PARTIALLY ENCLOSED BUILDINGS IN FBC 1609.2. SPECIFY ON
 THE PLANS WHETHER THE BUILDING IS DESIGNED AS OPEN,
 ENCLOSED OR PARTIALLY ENCLOSED AND AMEND THE COMPONENT
 AND CLADDING PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY.
  
 13) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY RESULT BASED ON HOW THESE
 COMMENTS ARE ADDRESSED.
