 PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL NEWLY INSTALLED INTERIOR
 FINISHES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 SECTION 803.5:
  
 803.5 INTERIOR FINISH REQUIREMENTS BASED ON
 GROUP.
 INTERIOR WALL AND CEILING FINISH SHALL HAVE A FLAME
 SPREAD INDEX NOT GREATER THAN THAT SPECIFIED IN TABLE
 803.5 FOR THE GROUP AND LOCATION DESIGNATED. INTERIOR
 WALL AND CEILING FINISH MATERIALS, OTHER THAN TEXTILES,
 TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 286 AND MEETING THE
 ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA OF SECTION 803.2.1, SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO BE USED WHERE A CLASS A CLASSIFICATION IN

 10) RAISED FLOORING SHALL CONFORM TO THE FOLLOWING
 REQUIREMENTS OF FBC 717.2.7
  
 717.2.7 CONCEALED SLEEPER SPACES.
  
 WHERE WOOD SLEEPERS ARE USED FOR LAYING WOOD FLOORING
 ON MASONRY OR CONCRETE FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED FLOORS,
 THE SPACE BETWEEN THE FLOOR SLAB AND THE UNDERSIDE OF
 THE WOOD FLOORING SHALL BE FILLED WITH AN APPROVED
 MATERIAL TO RESIST THE FREE PASSAGE OF FLAME AND
 PRODUCTS OF COMBUSTION OR FIREBLOCKED IN SUCH A MANNER
 THAT THERE WILL BE NO OPEN SPACES UNDER THE FLOORING
 THAT WILL EXCEED 100 SQUARE FEET (9.3 M2) IN AREA AND
 SUCH SPACE SHALL BE FILLED SOLIDLY UNDER PERMANENT
 PARTITIONS SO THAT THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION UNDER THE
 FLOORING BETWEEN ADJOINING ROOMS.
 EXCEPTIONS:
  
 1.FIREBLOCKING IS NOT REQUIRED FOR SLAB-ON-GRADE FLOORS
 IN GYMNASIUMS.
 2.FIREBLOCKING IS REQUIRED ONLY AT THE JUNCTURE OF EACH
 ALTERNATE LANE AND AT THE ENDS OF EACH LANE IN A
 BOWLING FACILITY.
  
 11) ALL WOOD BUCKS AND BLOCKING TO BE FIRE RETARDANT
 TREATED LUMBER AS PER THE FOLLOWING:

 OR II CONSTRUCTION.
 COMBUSTIBLES SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED IN CONCEALED SPACES
 OF BUILDINGS OF TYPE I OR II CONSTRUCTION. EXCEPTIONS:
 1. COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 603.
 2. COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS COMPLYING WITH SECTION 602 OF
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, MECHANICAL.
 3. CLASS A INTERIOR FINISH MATERIALS. 4. COMBUSTIBLE
 PIPING WITHIN PARTITIONS OR ENCLOSED SHAFTS INSTALLED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE.
 COMBUSTIBLE PIPING SHALL BEPERMITTED WITHIN
 CONCEALED CEILING SPACES WHERE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, MECHANICAL AND THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, PLUMBING.
  
  
 12) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW
 CLORESTORY WINDOWS:
  
 A) GLAZING SPECIFICATIONS.
 B) WALL FRAMING/ATTACHMENT DETAILS.
  
 13) PROVIDE NEW METAL WALL AND CEILING FRAMING DETAILS
 AS REFLECTED ON SHEET A-3 DETAIL 06 AND SECTION 05/A6.
  
 14) PLEASE PROVIDEAN OVERALL DEMOLITION FLOOR PLAN,
 SHEET A-D1 FOR CONSTRUCTION CLARIFICATION AS PER THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 106.1 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL INSPECTION AND
 STRUCTURAL OBSERVATION PROGRAMS, AND OTHER DATA SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED IN ONE OR MORE SETS WITH EACH APPLICATION
 FOR A PERMIT. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PREPARED BY A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WHERE REQUIRED BY THE
 STATUTES. WHERE SPECIAL CONDITIONS EXIST, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS TO BE PREPARED BY A DESIGN
