 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
 MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) THE ARCHITECTURAL FIRM IS REQUIRED TO INDICATE THE
 FIRM LICENSE NUMBER IN THE TITLE BLOCK ON EACH DRAWING.
 SEE FAC 61G1-16.004 AND FS 481.
  
 3) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SIGNED BY THE OWNER/AGENT. SEE FBC CHAPTER 13.
  
 4) I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT
 A PERMIT WAS ISSUED TO CONVERT THE GARAGE TO LIVING
 SPACE. THE PROPERTY APPRAISER ALSO LISTS THIS STRUCTURE
 AS A FINISHED DETACHED GARAGE. UNLESS YOU CAN PROVIDE
 DOCUMENTATION THAT THIS CONVERSION WAS PERMITED, I WILL
 HAVE TO CONSIDER IT AN ILLEGAL CONVERSION AND IT WILL
 HAVE TO BE RETURNED TO A GARAGE OR APPLY FOR THE
 PERMITS NEEDED TO CHANGE IT INTO LIVING SPACE. COUNTY
 IMPACT FEES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE CHANGE.
  
 5) THE FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION APPEARS TO BE AT OR
 NEAR THE EXTERIOR GRADE. THIS DOES NOT COMPLY WITH CODE
 REQUIREMENTS.
