 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. THE PLANS WERE APPROVED WITH TWO (2) PROVISOS DATED
 2/20/08 BY CHRIS HOOPS. THE FIRST ONE REMAINS IN EFFECT
 (SHOWN HERE AS "A").
  
 A. THE PROPOSED ENLARGED COLUMNS AT FRONT OF BUILDING
 SHALL ONLY BE ENLARGED INWARD AND SHALL NOT BE
 PERMITTED TO ENCROACH ANY FURTHER TOWARDS THE PROPERTY
 LINES.
  
 THE SECOND PROVISO (SHOWN HERE AS "B"), HAS NOT BEEN
 ADDRESSED:
  
 B. THE PARKING LOT AT REAR SHALL BE STRIPED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY'S TYPICAL DETAIL (SEE
 ATTACHED). ADDITIONALLLY, THE REAR PARKING LOT MUST
 MAINTAIN A MINIMUM DRIVE AISLE OF 24 FEET BEHIND THE
 PARKING STALLS. THE DETAILS WERE PROVIDED AND ATTACHED
 TO THE 2/20/08 SET OF PLANS. PROVIDE THE SAME PARKING
 STALL DETAIL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE TWO (2)
 FOOT DIMENSION BETWEEN THE BACK OF WHEEL STOP AND
 CURBING OR LANDSCAPING.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE 9/27/07
