 1. INDICATE CODES THAT THE PLANS WERE DESIGNED FROM.
 MINIMUM FBC-2004 W2006 AMENDMENTS (BLDG, MECH, PLMG
 ETC.).
  
 2. INDICATE OCCUPANCY TYPE ON PLANS. (BUSINESS,
 MERCANTILE ETC). SECTION 106.3.5.1.1(2)
  
 3. SHT A-4 BREAK ROOM SINK SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE. PLEASE
 SUBMIT A DETAIL SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 11-4.24
 & ALL SUBSECTIONS. SHOW AN ELEVATION FOR SINK. SECTION
 106.1.2.
  
 4. SUBMIT A DETAIL FOR THE ACCESSIBLE DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 11-4.15 WITH ALL
 SUBSECTIONS AS WELL AS SECTION 11-4.1.3(10)(A)
 PROVISIONS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY BENDING OR
 STOOPING.
  
 5. SHT A6 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DETAILS. THE W/C SHALL BE
 18" OFF THE WALL TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE FIXTURE.
 DELETE "MIN." FROM THE DETAILS. SEE FIG 28.
  
 6. SHT A6 1ST COMMENT UNDER "NOTE". LAV CABINETS AND
 PARALLEL APPROACH ARE NOT APPROVED. DELETE REFERENCE
 FROM NOTES. SECTION 11-4.19.3.
  
 7. SHT AM-7 SANITARY PLUMBING RISER & TYPICAL RISER DO
 NOT REFLECT THE FLOOR PLAN, NOR DO THEY MEET CODE
 REQUIREMENTS. NO BREAK ROOM SINK IS SHOWN ON RISERS,
 WATER CLOSETS AND LAVS ARE BACK TO BACK, DRINKING
 FOUNTAINS ARE NOT VENTED. (SEE RED LINE EXAMPLE IF
 PIPING IS GOING OUT THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING).
  
 8. SHT AM-7 INDICATE ON THE FLOOR PLAN WHERE THE
 BUILDING DRAIN EXITS THE BUILDING AND HOW IT WILL BE
 PIPED FROM THERE. THE RISER DIAGRAM SHALL REFLECT THE
 PIPING SHOWN ON THE PLAN VIEW. SECTION 106.1.1.
  
 7. SUBMIT A WATER RISER DIAGRAM THAT REFLECTS THE FLOOR
 PLAN. SECTION 106.3.5.1.3(3)(8)(10)(13).
  
 8. A RPZV BACKFLOW IS REQUIRE ON THE WATER SERVICE.
 PLEASE INDICATE ON THE PLANS IF EXISTING. IF NOT SHOW
 ON THE WATER RISER DIAGRAM. SECTION 608.13.2
  
 9. WHEN THE OCCUPANCY OF THE BUILDING IS ESTABLISHED,
 MORE COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING AS MORE INFORMATION
 MAY BE REQUIRED. SECTION 106.1.2..
