 CLERK'S OFFICE AND FORTHWITH POST EITHER A CERTIFIED
 COPY THEREOF OR A NOTARIZED STATEMENT THAT THE NOTICE
 OF COMMENCEMENT HAS BEEN FILED FOR RECORDING ALONG WITH
 A COPY THEREOF. THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT SHALL
