 WEST PALM BEACH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES.
  
 3)PROVIDE ELEVATION OF FRONT GATE.MAY NOT EXCEED
 4' IN HEIGHT.
  
 4)THE REQUIRED SIDE SETBACKS ARE A MINIMUM OF 5'
 WITH A TOTAL OF 15' BETWEEN THE TWO SIDES.THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION FOR THE POOL SHOWS THE POOL EQUIPMENT
 BESIDE THE GARAGE (WEST SIDE) WITH A SETBACK OF 1' TO
 THE PROPERTY LINE...THEREFORE DECLARING THAT SIDE
 PROPERTY LINE THE 5' SETBACK SIDE AND THE OPPOSITE SIDE
 (EAST SIDE) THE 10' SETBACK SIDE.THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT
 OF A FENCE OR WALL WITHIN THE REQUIRED SIDE SETBACK IS
 6'.PLEASE PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING THAT NO PART OF THE
 WALL THAT IS ABOVE 6' EXTENDS INTO EITHER OF THESE
 REQUIRED SIDE SETBACKS.
