 3)THE FORMULAR FOR THE STAIRS ON SHEET A.1 STATES
 "2R+1T=24-25, HOWEVER, WHEN THE FORMULAR IS USED WITH
 THE NUMBERS STATEDON SHEET S.2, THE TOTAL WILL BE
 MORE THAN 25.ON SHEET A.1 WHAT DOES THE 5" REPRESENTS
 ON THE STAIRS? CLARIFY. SEE R311.5.3

 IT? FBC 106.1.1. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHAL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 5)SHOW ALL DIMENTIONS PERTAINING TO THE ROOF ON THE
 DRAWINGS INCLUDING THE SLOPE OF NEW ROOF.
  
 6)SHEET S.2 DETAIL #3 THE CLOUMN AS HEAVY TIMBER.
 INDICATE THE SIZE OF THE COLUMNS. IF THESE ARE HEAVY
 TIMBER COLUMNS, WHY SHEETS A.2 AND A.3 STATES "CYPRESS
 2X12 VENEER OVER CMU COLUMN?
  
 7)THE FLOOR JOIST SHALL BE OF PRESERVATIVELY TREATED
 LUMBER. SEE R502 FOR MORE INFORMATION. INDICATE THE
