 WITH CEILING FAN SIZE AS REQUIRED BY TABLE 13-607.1.A.1
 FBC 2004. (REPEAT COMMENT - THREE TIMES). PLANS DON'T
 SHOW CEILING FAN SIZES.
  
 5- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
 ENGINEER SIGNED AND SEALED PRODUCT APPROVALS. HE CAN'T
 SIGN AND SEAL THOSE PRODUCT APPROVALS BECAUSE THEY WERE
 NOT PREPARED BY HIM. SIGNING AND SEALING THESE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS IS IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA STATUTE 471 AND
 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SEC. 61G15.
  
 6- SHEET A-4:
 A) ROOF DESIGN PRESSURES WERE REVISED, BUT NOW ENGINEER
 IS CONTRADICTING HIMSELF ON DETAIL A SHOWN ON SAME
 PAGE. SELECTED FLAT ROOF ASSEMBLY IS ONLY GOOD FOR UP
 TO 45PSF UPLIFT. THIS ASSEMBLY DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR ROOF ZONE 2 AND 3. NEED TO PROVIDE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT MEETS THE CALCULATED DESIGN
