 HEATER.
 D) CALCULATIONS SHOWN ON PAGE TWO ARE WRONG.
 CALCULATIONS SHOWN ON PAGE TWO DON'T MATCH PLANS. SEE
 PLANS FOR TOTAL NUMBER AND ORIENTATION OF OPENINGS.
 ALSO,OVERHANG HEIGHT IS INCORRECT. SEE ELEVATIONS.
  
 E) PERMITTING OFFICE IS CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, NOT
 PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 F) JURISDICTION NUMBER IS 604700, NOT 601000.
  
 2- STORM SHUTTERS:
 A) NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL AS
 REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9B-72.SHUTTERS DRAWINGS
 SUBMITTED REFER TO FL1618.THERE ARE NOT RECORDS FOR
 FL1618. SEE ATTACHED COPY FROM FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 WEBSITE.
 NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 B) REMEMBER THAT ARCHITECT NEEDSTO REVIEW AND
 APPROVEIN WRITING NEW CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106..3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 C) REVISE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE:
 (1) TAPCON SIZE1/4D X 1 1/4 TAPCONS IS NOT GOOD. IT
 DOESN'T MATCHANCHORTYPE HIGHLIGHTED ON SHEET 4 OF
 SHUTTER DRAWINGS SUBMITTED AND 1 1/4 LONG TAPCON
 DOESN'T MEET THE REQUIREDMINIMUM EMBEDMENT SPECIFIED

 (2) SHUTTER SPAN OF 56" DOESN'T ALLOW 3" MIN. EDGE
 DISTANCE. REVISE SPAN SIZE AS REQUIRED. SEE OPENING
 SIZE, WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR REQUIRED OPENING SIZE
 AND SHUTTERS DRAWINGS TO SEE HOW THE EDGE DISTANCE IS
 DETERMINED.

 CONNECTION COLUMN STANDS FOR?.

 FIRM CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON EACH SHEET
 AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTEAND SEC.
 61G15-23.002 OF FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
  
 4- PROVIDE COPY OF IMPACT FEES PAID RECEIPT AS
 REQUESTED ON PREVIOUS CHECKLIST.
  
 5- NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS EXPIRED AFTER 90 DAYS IF
 WORK IS NOT STARTED.SEC. 713.13 FLORIDA STATUTE. NEED
 TO PROVIDE RE-RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT.
  
 6-FROM PREVIOUS CHECKLIST: OWES $599.62 FOR UPDATED
