 2)A SEPERATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY, WHICH NEEDS TO BE INDICATED ON THE SURVEYS
 WITH DIMENSIONS.FYI: THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY SHOWN ON
 THE SITEPLAN DOES NOT MEET THE LANDSCAPE REGULATION SET
 FORTH IN THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS SECTION 94-482(A) :
  
 (A)LOCATION AND SURFACE.REQUIRED OFF-STREET
 PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING
 UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE
 UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED
 IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE
 FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST BE
 LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD
 SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH, NONDUSTING SURFACE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A
 VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS
 AS DESCRIBEDIN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 THE DRIVEWAY YOU ARE SHOWING ON THE SITE PLAN MEASURES
 400 SQ. FT. IN THE FRONT SETBACK. ONLY 312.5 SQ. FT.
 WOULD BE ALLOWED IN THE FRONT SETBACK (FIRST 25' FROM
 THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE).
  
 3)PLEASE SHOW ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON SURVEYS
 WITH DIMENSIONS AND SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPERTY
 LINES.
  
 4)PLEASE PROVIDE ELEVATIONS FROM GRADE TO MIDPOINT
 OF ROOF'S PITCH.
