 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF THIS CODE.
  
 3)THE CODE REFERENCE TO ?SAFEGUARDS DURING
 CONSTRUCTION? IS INCORRECT. CHAPTER 13 IN THE 2004 FBC
 IS THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY CHAPTER. SEE FBC CHAPTER 33
 FOR INFORMATION REGARDING ?SAFEGUARD DURING
 CONSTRUCTION?.
  
 4)INDICATE ON THE FLOOR PLAN HOW THE CASH REGISTER
 WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 11-7. SHOW THE
 ELEVATION DETAIL OF THE FRONT COUNTER WHERE THE
 CUSTOMERS WILL INTERACT WITH THE CASHIER.
  
 5)SUBMIT AN EXISTING AND A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN
 SHOWING ALL DEMOED SYSTEMS AND ALL NEW SYSTEMS
 INCLUDING PLUMBING, ELECTRIC, MECHANICAL AND WALLS.
 THESE DRAWINGS WILL CLARIFY THE AREAS WHERE THE
 PROPOSED WORK WILL TAKE PLACE. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 MAY REQUIRE DETAILS AND OTHER NECESSARY DATA TO
 DESCRIBE THE PROJECT. WILL THE NEW 6? WALL ATTACHED TO
 THE DECK ABOVE OR THE CEILING GRID?WHEN THE WALL IS
 CONSTRUCTED THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL HAVE NO EFFECT ON
 THE CORRIDOR CREATED. SHOW ON THE DRAWINGS HOW THIS
 PROBLEM WILL BE RECTIFIED.
  
 6)THE FLAME SPREAD AND SMOKE-DEVELOPED INDEX IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH FBC803 AND TABLE 803.5
  
 7)THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE AREA SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 DRAWINGS. SEE TABLE 1004.1.2 WHEN DESIGNING THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD.
  
 8)TWO COMPLETE SETS OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 BE PREPARED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FOR REVIEW. ONE
 SET OF THE DRAWINGS IS A PHOTO-COPY SET. THE RAISED
 SEAL OF THE ENGINEER IS MISSING FROM THE DRAWINGS.
 SUBMIT TWO SETS OF DRAWINGS WITH THE ORIGINAL SEAL,
 SIGNATURE AND DATE OF THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. FBC
