 USE THE METAL ROOF FASTENER SPACING USED FOR PERIMETER
 AND CORNER AREAS OR PROVIDE CALCULATIONS SHOWINGNAIL

 R301.5,R301.6 AND R301.7 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE AND PROVIDE REQUIRED DESIGN INFORMATION AS
 REQUIRED.
 ALSO, CLARIFY INFORMATION GIVEN FOR ADDITIONAL LOADS ON
 SHEET S.3. WHERE ARE THE REFERENCE TABLES TAKEN FROM?.
 WHY ARE THERE NON-CONCURRENT BC LLOF 10PSF AND
 CONCURRENT BC STORAGE LL OF 20PSF.WHAT'S THE
 NON-CONCURRENT BC MOVING LL?.PROVIDE COMPLETE
 ENGINEERING ANALYSISAND DEMONSTRATE WHYAND WHEN
 THE LOADS ARE CONCURRENT OR NON CONCURRENT.SEC.
 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
 PLEASE RETURN REVIEWED SET AFTER CORRECTIONS ARE DONE
 TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
  
 6- SOIL TEST REPORT SUBMITTED REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING:
 ENGINEERING FIRM CERTIFICATE THE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
 IN ALL SHEETS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G15-23.002 OF
 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 7- REVIEW AND REVISECOMPLETE LINTEL SCHEDULE.SOME
 SIZES OF LINTELSSPECIFIEDIS THE SAME SIZE AS THE
 OPENING. THIS IS NO GOOD BECAUSE LINTEL NEED TO HAVE
 4"MIN. BEARING AT BOTH ENDS AS REQUIRED BYACI 530ASCE
 5/TMS 402.SEC. R606.1 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 8- PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR GARAGE DOORS LEADING TO
 THE EXERCISE AREA ND INTERIOR OF HOUSE AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R309.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 9- REVISE SIZE OF HOLES SPECIFIED FOR ALL CUSTOM MADE
 STEEL CONNECTORS FOR WOOD COLUMNS. THE HOLE SIZE CAN'T
 BE THE SAME SIZE DIAMETER AS THE SPECIFIED BOLT.SEC.
