 NOTE: TITLE BLOCK IS MISSING PE LICENSE NUMBER AND
 SHOWSCERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AS THE
 LICENSE NUMBER PLEASE MAKE CORRECTIONS TO TITLE
 BLOCKS.
  
 3)THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST
 EXCLUDING LAND VALUE. OUR VALUATION REFERENCE IS ICC
 (BVD), MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 PER 108.3 FBC* FEES ARE DUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $164.63

 5)IN AN EXISTING BUILDING WHERE ALTERATIONS ARE BEING
 MADE A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL MUST ELECT THE LEVEL OF
 ALTERATION PER 301.5 OF EXISTING BUILDING CODE AND
 STATE ALONG WITH THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION ON THE
 DRAWINGS
  
 6)PROVIDE SEPARATION/BARRIER BETWEEN EXISTING WOOD
 BEAM AND NEW CONCRETE BEAM.
  
 7)PROVIDE A KEY PLAN THAT NUMBERS OPENINGS FOR
 SHUTTERS AND A COMPLETED INSTALLATION SCHEDULE (SEE
 EXAMPLE ATTACHED)
  
 8)PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR GLASS BLOCK AND
 SIMPSON CONNECTORS
  
 9)IF EXISTING ROOF STRUCTURE STAYS IN PLACE ABOVE
 FRAMED WALL (SHORING WHILE WALLS ARE REPLACED) SHOW
 DETAIL FOR SUPPORT OF THE EXISTING WOOD BEAM AT IE.
 COLUMN AT THAT LOCATION AND DETAIL ON THE NEW TIE BEAM
 FROM THAT POINT ON AND THE METHOD TO TIE INTO EXISTING
 WALL. ALSO SHOW DROP DOWN ABOVE DOOR.
  
 10)EMERGENCY EGRESS PER R310 FBC:
 MIN. NET CLEAR OPENING OF 5 SQ.FT. ON
 GRADE FLOOR. MIN. NET CLEAR OPENING ALL
 OTHER FLOORS OF 5.7 SQ.FT. IN BOTH CASES
 THE MIN.NET CLEAR HEIGHT SHALL BE 24"
 AND THE NET CLEAR WIDTH SHALL BE 20" WITH THE SILL
 HEIGHT NO MORE THAN 44" ABOVE FLOOR LEVEL TYPICALLY THE
 SH24 DOES NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA.
  
 11)A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO
