 (6) A SPACE FOR THE PRINTED NAME OF THE PERSON SEALING

 4)THE CODE SECTIONS ABOUT TERMITE PROTECTION IS FROM
 THE 2001 FBC. SEE THE 2004 FBC FOR THE NEW CODE
 SECTIONS AND CHANGE ACCORDINGLY.

 DIFFERENT INFORMATION.THE DRAWINGS SHOWS A #7 SYMBOL,
