 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS): MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED
 SETBACK.NOTE: THE GENERATOR MUST MAINTAIN A MINIMUM
 SETBACK OF 11 FEET TO THE REAR (WEST) PROPERTY LINE.
