 1) NOTE: AS THE ORIGINAL PERMIT APPLIED AS 06040626 DID
 NOT CONTAIN SUB PERMITS, INSPECTIONS FOR MEP AND DID
 NOT OBTAIN FINAL INSPECTIONS, PLANS MUST GO BACK TO
 ZONING FOR REVIEW AND STAMPING. THERE ARE SOME ITEMS ON
 PLANS CHANGED WHICH WERE NOT ON ORIGINAL PLANS STAMPED
 BY ZONING.
 ALL REVISED PLANS MUST ALSO CONTAIN HISTORIC REVIEW AND
 STAMPS. PLANS WILL BE ROUTED TO ZONING.
  
 2) NOTE: AS STATED ON PREVIOUS REVIEW THE GENERATOR WAS
 NOT INCLUDED ON ORIGINAL PLANS AND NEEDS TO BE DONE
 UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. THE ATS MAY BE INCLUDED WITH
 ELECTRICAL SERVICE HOWEVER PLEASE SEE THE ATS MUST MEET
 THE FOLLOWING.
 PLEASE SEE THE SIZE IS STILL SHOWN AS 260AMPS WHICH IS
 NOT A STANDARD RECOGNIZED IN THE NEC 240.6.

 3) NOTE: PLEASE KNOW DISCONNECTING MEANS PER
 225.31-225.39 SHALL BE INSTALLED. BASED ON PLANS THERE
 IS NO DISCONNECTING MEANS FOR FEEDERS FROM GENERATOR AT
 MAIN HOUSE.
 PLEASE KNOW AS SHOWN THIS DOES NOT APPEAR TO MEET THE
 EXCEPTION IN 702.11.
 THIS ONLY NEEDS TO BE A DISCONNECT RATED FOR LOAD
 SERVED AND NOT A DISCONNECT WITH OVER CURRENT

 7) NOTE: PLEASE SEE 408.4 AS THE PANEL SCHEDULE SHALL
 BE DETAILED FOR CIRCUITS IN WHICH THEY FEED. THIS WILL
 AFFECT THE NOTE #6 ABOVE AS CIRCUIT #1 IS ACTUALLY A
 REFRIGERATOR.
 PLEASE SEE THE FOLLOWING TEXT EXTRACTED FROM THE NEC.
 SECTION 408.4 WAS REVISED FOR THE 2005 CODE TO REQUIRE
 THAT THE IDENTIFICATION FOR EVERY CIRCUIT SUPPLIED BY A
 PANEL-BOARD OR SWITCHBOARD BE LEGIBLE AND CLEARLY STATE
 THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE FOR WHICH THE CIRCUIT IS USED.
 CIRCUITS USED FOR THE SAME PURPOSE MUST BE IDENTIFIED
 AS TO THEIR LOCATION. FOR EXAMPLE, SMALL APPLIANCE
 BRANCH CIRCUITS CAN SUPPLY OUTLETS IN THE KITCHEN,
 DINING ROOM, AND KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS. IDENTIFYING THE
 CIRCUITS AS SMALL APPLIANCE BRANCH CIRCUITS IS NOT
 ACCEPTABLE; INSTEAD, THEY SHOULD BE IDENTIFIED AS
 ``KITCHEN WALL RECEPTACLES,'' ``DINING ROOM FLOOR
 RECEPTACLE,'' OR ``KITCHEN COUNTERTOP RECEPTACLES LEFT
 OF SINK.'' CIRCUIT DIRECTORIES CONTAINING MULTIPLE
 ENTRIES WITH ONLY ``LIGHTS'' OR ``OUTLETS'' DO NOT
 PROVIDE THE SUFFICIENT DETAIL REQUIRED BY THIS
 SECTION.
  
 8) NOTE: PLEASE SUBMIT THE LOAD CALCULATIONS ON EACH
 PANEL. PANELS ARE SHOWN AS 400AMP AND NOW SERVICE WHICH
 WAS PREVIOUSLY 400AMPS IS NOW 250AMPS. HOWEVER FEEDERS

 DO NOT LEAVE ANY OLD/VOIDED SHEETS IN SETS.
 PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO PLANS. ANY
 ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION SUCH AS PRODUCT APPROVALS,
 SPEC/CUT SHEETS, CALCULATIONS ETC SHOULD BE PLACED INTO
 TWO SETS/FOLDERS/BINDERS ETC.
 PLEASE KNOW ONLY ONE SET OF THE OLD/VOIDED SHEETS
 SHOULD BE SUBMITTED FOR REFERENCE.
