 1. A MINOR DSI AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED DUE TO THE CHANGES
 MADE TO THE SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 2. PLEASE SHOW THE EXTENT OF THE BUILDING'S OVERHANGS
 (ABOVE THE ENTRY AND DRIVE THRU WINDOW) ON THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
 3. WHEEL STOPS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED ALONG THE
 EASTERN ROW OF PARKING TO ENSURE VEHICLES DO NOT IMPACT
 THE LANDSCAPING.
  
 4. THE NORTH SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE MUST BE
 LANDSCAPED.
  
 5. THE PERMIT PACKAGE INCLUDES TWO DIFFERENT DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE CONFIGURATIONS. AVID'S SHEET 9 SHOWS THE
 CORRECT DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. THE SHEET SUPPLIED BY THE
 ARCHITECT (AS5.4) SHOWS AN ENCLOSURE WHICH DOES NOT
 MEET ALL OF THE CODE REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF
 A DRAIN IS PROVIDED IN THE ENCLOSURE IT MUST BE ROOFED
 TO KEEP RAIN WATER OUT OF THE ENCLOSURE. PLEASE REMOVE
 SHEET AS5.4 OR CORRECT IT TO SHOW THE PROPER
 CITY-APPROVED DETAIL.
  
 6. FIRE SPRINKLERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED PER THE
 DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR WESTWARD PLAZA.
  
 7. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS WERE NOT UPDATED TO REFLECT THE
 NEW CONFIGURATION OF THE LOADING ZONE. THERE IS
 LANDSCAPING SHOWN IN ASPHALTED AREAS.
  
 8. THREE SITE PLANS WERE INCLUDED WITH THE PACKAGE. I
 ASSUME THAT THE SITE PLAN DONE BY AVID IS THE OPERATING
 SITE PLAN AS THE OTHER TWO (AS1.1 AND C1.0) APPEAR TO
 BE OUTDATED. PLEASE REMOVE THE OTHER TWO SITE PLANS
 FROM THE PACKAGE OR UPDATE ALL PLANS TO BE CONSISTENT
 WITH WHAT IS INTENDED TO BE BUILT.
  
 9. SHEET C1.0 SHOWS A PYLON SIGN AT THE CORNER OF
 OKEECHOBEE AND SPENCER AS WELL AS A SMALL DIRECTIONAL
 SIGN AT THE EXIT ONTO SPENCER. BOTH OF THESE SIGNS ARE
 SHOWN IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND MAY NOT BE INSTALLED AT
 THOSE LOCATIONS.
