 MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A

 2) THE PLANS ARE MISSING TITLE BLOCK INFORMATION
 REQUIRED BY FAC 61G1-16.004. THE ARCHITECT'S BUSINESS
 TELEPHONE NUMBER IS REQUIRED AND THE NAME OR
 IDENTIFICATION OF THE PROJECT IS NOT ADEQUATE. THE
 ADDRESS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE IDENTIFICATION.
  
 3)INDICATE THE DISTANCE TO ADJACENT STRUCTURES. SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH R302.1 EXTERIOR WALLS.
 EXTERIOR WALLS SEPARATED BY LESS THAN 6 FEET (1828 MM)
 SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN A ONE-HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE
 RATING WITH EXPOSURE FROM BOTH SIDES. PROJECTIONS SHALL
 NOT EXTEND TO A POINT CLOSER THAN 4 FEET (1220 MM) FROM
 AN ADJACENT PROJECTION OR WALL.
 EXCEPTION : DETACHED GARAGES ACCESSORY TO A DWELLING
 LOCATED WITHIN 2 FEET (610 MM) OF A LOT LINE SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO HAVE ROOF EAVE PROJECTIONS NOT EXCEEDING 4
 INCHES (102 MM).
 PROJECTIONS EXTENDING INTO THE 6-FOOT (1829 MM)
 SEPARATION DISTANCE SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN 1-HOUR
 FIRE-RESISTIVE CONSTRUCTION ON THE UNDERSIDE. THE ABOVE
 PROVISIONS SHALL NOT APPLY TO WALLS WHICH ARE
 PERPENDICULAR TO A LINE EXTENDING FROM THE POINT FROM
 WHICH THE SEPARATION DISTANCE HAS BEEN MEASURED RUNNING
 AND PARALLEL TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
 EXCEPTION: TOOL AND STORAGE SHEDS, PLAYHOUSES AND
 SIMILAR STRUCTURES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WALL
 PROTECTION BASED ON LOCATION ON THE LOT.
  
 4) R302.2 OPENINGS.
 OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE EXTERIOR WALL OF
 A DWELLING OR ACCESSORY BUILDING THAT IS SEPARATED FROM
 AN ADJACENT BUILDING BY A DISTANCE OF LESS THAN 6 FEET
 (1828 MM). THIS DISTANCE SHALL BE MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR TO THE LINE USED TO DETERMINE THE
 SEPARATION DISTANCE.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1.OPENINGS SHALL BE PERMITTED IN WALLS THAT ARE
 PERPENDICULAR TO A LINE EXTENDING FROM THE POINT FROM
 WHICH THE SEPARATION DISTANCE HAS BEEN MEASURED RUNNING
 AND PARALLEL TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
 2.FOUNDATION VENTS INSTALLED IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 THIS CODE ARE PERMITTED.
  
 5) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE OVERHEAD GARAGE
 DOOR, THE OUTSWING GARAGE DOOR, THE ROOF SHINGLES, THE
 TRUSS CONNECTORS, THE HARDIPLANK SIDING AND THE
 CUPOLA.
 IF THE CUPOLA IS TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON SITE, PROVIDE A
 STRUCTURAL DETAIL. SPECIFY THE MATERIALS, CONNECTORS
 AND THE ATTACHMENT TO THE GARAGE ROOF TRUSSES.
  
 6)PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WITH
 PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION
 PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS
 THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
 STATE.
  
 7)WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 8) ON SHEET 3 SPECIFY THE BUILDING DESIGN AS ENCLOSED
 OR OPEN.
  
 9) ON SHEET 3 THE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT IS
 POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE (+ OR -) 0.18.
  
 10) SPECIFY THE BASIC WIND SPEED UNDER DESIGN
 PARAMETERS ON SHEET 3.
  
 11) THE GARAGE DOES NOT HAVE ANY WINDOWS. PLEASE REMOVE
 THE WINDOW BUCK DETAIL ON SHEET 3.
  
 12) SPECIFY THE NUMBER OF HEADER STUDS SUPPORTING THE
 HEADER (2) AND THE NUMBER OF FULL LENGTH STUDS (3)
 REQUIRED AT EACH END OF THE 10' GARAGE DOOR HEADER. SEE
 IBHS GUIDELINES FOR HURRICANE RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION.

 13) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R704 INSPECTION FOR TERMITES.
 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR INSPECTION FOR TERMITE
 INFESTION, CLEARANCE BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS
 AND FINAL EARTH GRADE ON THE EXTERIOR OF A BUILDING
 SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 6 INCHES.
  
 14) SPECIFY THE NAIL SIZE NUMBER FOR THE DOOR BUCK
 FASTENERS ON THE DETAIL ON SHEET 3. CHECK THE FASTENER
 DIAMETER THAT WAS SPECIFIED, .0126 APPEARS TO BE
 INCORRECT.
  
 15) REVISE ROOF SHEATHING FASTENING SPECIFIED ON SHEET
 3 TO 8D RING SHANK NAILS AS REQUIRED BY R803.2.3.1 OF
 THE 2006 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC.
