 2)THE TITLE BLOCK SHALL INDICATE THE CERTIFICATE OF
 AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OF THE ARCHITECTURAL FIRM. FLORIDA
 STATUTES 481.221(2)ALL FINAL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 AND INSTRUMENTS OF SERVICE WHICH INCLUDE DRAWINGS,
 PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR REPORTS PREPARED OR ISSUED BY
 THE REGISTERED ARCHITECT AND BEING FILED FOR PUBLIC
 RECORD SHALL BEAR THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE
 REGISTERED ARCHITECT WHO PREPARED OR APPROVED THE
 DOCUMENT AND THE DATE ON WHICH THEY WERE SEALED. THE
 SIGNATURE, DATE, AND SEAL SHALL BE EVIDENCE OF THE
 AUTHENTICITY OF THAT TO WHICH THEY ARE AFFIXED. NOTE:
 ALL INFORMATION ON THE SEAL SHALL BE LEGIBLE ON EACH
 SHEET. CHECK ALL PAGES FOR CLARITY OF THE SEAL.
  
 3)ON SHEET A3.1 DETAIL L10 SHOWS DOORS IN FRONT OF
 THE SINK. THE DOORS SHALL BE REMOVED TO PROVIDE THE
 FORWARD APPROACH FOR ACCESSIBILITY.SEE FBC 11-4.24.

 WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 11-7. A PORTION
 OF THE MAIN COUNTER SHALL BE 36 INCHES LONG AND 36

 INSTALL OR WILL IT BE AN OPENING. SHOW THE DIMENTION OF
 THE OPENING ON THE PLANS OR THE SWING OF THE DOOR.
  
 6)ALL DRINKING FOUNTAINS AND WATER COOLERS SHALL MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF 11-4.15 AND FIGURE 27.
