 1. PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SEC. 94-210(D)(8),
 LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS: ALL PROPERTIES SHALL BE BROUGHT
 INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS PROVIDED
 IN THIS CHAPTER AT SUCH TIME THAT A BUILDING PERMIT IS
 ISSUED FOR WORK VALUED AT $5,000.00 OR MORE. THE
 PLANNING DIRECTOR SHALL HAVE AUTHORITY TO GRANT A
 ONE-TIME, THREE MONTH EXTENSION.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO ZLDR, SEC. 94-212(E), SIGNAGE STANDARDS,
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE LOGO PRINTED ON
 THE AWNINGS.PLEASE NOTE THAT A SINGLE EXTERNAL SIGN
 BAND MAY BE APPLIED ON THE FACADE OF EACH BUILDING
 PROVIDED THAT IT SHALL NOT EXCEED 36 INCHES IN HEIGHT
 BY 60 PERCENT OF THE WIDTH OF EACH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING.IF AWNINGS ARE BEING REPLACED, PLEASE ENSURE
 IT MEETS THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA, AS INDICATED IN ZLDR
 SEC. 94-212(D)(15):
  
 ALL AWNINGS SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE ARCHITECTURE
 OF THE BUILDING. AWNINGS SHALL BE RECTANGULAR IN SHAPE
 WITH STRAIGHT EDGES. AWNINGS SHALL NOT HAVE A BOTTOM
 SOFFIT OR SIDE PANELS. AWNINGS AT THE SIDEWALK LEVEL
 SHALL PROJECT A MINIMUM OF FOUR FEET FROM THE BUILDING
 FACADE. AWNINGS ON STORIES ABOVE THE SIDEWALK LEVEL
 SHALL PROJECT A MINIMUM OF THREE FEET FROM THE BUILDING
 FACADE. VALANCES SHALL NOT EXCEED EIGHT INCHES IN
 HEIGHT. VARIANCES MAY BE GRANTED ADMINISTRATIVELY BY
 THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR IN ORDER TO
 MAINTAIN THE ARCHITECTURAL CHARACTER OF A STRUCTURE, OR
 IF SITE FEATURES, SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, UTILITY
 LINE POLES OR STREET TREES, RESTRICT THE APPLICANT FROM
 FULL COMPLIANCE.
  
 4. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF PROPOSED SIGNAGE.FURTHER
 NOTE THAT THE COPY OR LOGO ON THE VALANCE OF AWNINGS
 SHALL NOT EXCEED SIX INCHES IN HEIGHT AND SHALL BE
 CONSIDERED AS SQUARE FOOTAGE AGAINST THE ALLOWABLE
 BUILDING SIGNAGE.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE ACTUAL PHYSICAL ADDRESS OF BUILDING.
 SITE PLAN INDICATES 412 NORTHWOOD, HOWEVER, THE
 BUILDING IS LABELED 412, 414, 416 NORTHWOOD.
